Study On The Mechanism Of Affected P2Y1??-arrestin In EAE Mice By Yi Shen Da Luo Decoction

Purpose: Research on the influence of the membrane receptor P2Y1 and ?-arrestin in the central nervous system(CNS)of the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE)mice by Yi Shen Da Luo Decoction impacting to observe its curative effect,provide some evidence for the tresatment principle of multiple sclerosis(MS)by Yi Shen Da Luo Decoction.Method: The total forty mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal group,model group,the hormone group,Chinese medicines group,n = 10.Normal group did not do any treatment,Model group buildied 7 days after the start every day was given saline 0.2ml for14 days,Chinese traditional medicine group 7 days after the building began to 20 g per kilogram of body weight per day administered 0.2ml of Yi Shen Da Luo Decoction for 14 consecutive days,The hormone group after modeling 7 day per kilogram of body weight3.9mg dose given 0.2ml prednisone orally for 14 days.The experimental mice were drawn from 22 days after the model,Slice paraffin embedding,4 microns thick,37? dry section,then performed HE and immunohistochemistry.Result: The protective effection on experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis mice by Yi Shen Da Luo Decoction has certain relations with membrane P2Y1 receptor and ?-arrestin.Conclusion: The main pathogenesis of MS is collateral damage spinal cord injury,to kidney,detoxification,Tongluo legislation of Yi Shen Da Luo decoction can effectively control the start of the EAE inflammation,the mechanism effected by P2Y1,?-arrestin expression is related to suggest that the effect of cell membrane receptor and effective control of EAE in central nervous tissue signal transduction pathway may be one of the important mechanisms of Yi Shen Da Luo decoction.
