Five Supporting Method In The Treatment Of Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures Of 80 Cases Of Clinical Observation

Purpose:This project aims to support five method for the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures,80 cases of clinical observation,determine the five support the role of the method in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures,and to research the scientific data to evaluate.Method:Table adopts Doll 's clinical cases randomly 80 cases into the group of patients were divided into two groups,five support group(experimental group)and pad group(control group),two groups of patients were guiding the corresponding conservative treatment,14 days for a cycle,continuous treatment 2 cycles.The VAS score and lumbar vertebral compression fractures patients Oswestry disability index questionnaire as evaluation method,detailed records before and after treatment the patients symptoms and basic living conditions.Result:1.Five supporting method in alleviating pain in patients with symptoms of effect was significantly better than that of pad(P<0.05).2.In 80 cases of clinical observation on treatment of patients with vertebral body activity namely,flexion,rotation function,etc.,with the method of pad treatment effect has significant difference,suggests five supporting method in improving patients with vertebral body has obvious curative effect on the range.3.Support method in improving the quality of life,five quality of life for patients is superior to the influence of neck cushion pillow method(P<0.05),of the various treatment of the clinical study found that the treatment of the patient's life has close relationship with their pain,and activities,when patients pain and function were significantly improved,more satisfied with the outcome.4.For evaluation of vertebral body fracture height,because in the process of observation treatment will not be finished quickly,vertebral body fracture or reset reference height cannot achieve,so I can't analysis of reduction and highly effective.5.Analysis in clinical observation found that five supporting method of the overall effective rate was 90.00%,pad method,the effective rate was 87.50%,that there was a significant difference between the two shows that in the process of the overall treatment,five supporting method and pad method compared with high efficient,confirming the clinical efficacy of five supporting method.Conclusion:Five supporting method in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures of the curative effect is distinct,especially in improving the living standards improved treatment and vertebral body activities is more outstanding.Compressibility fracture to provide theoretical basis for clinical conservative treatment.
