Objective The research aims to establish a more objective and reasonable measurement method of doctor workload,analyzes the results about the measured data,find the factors that affect the doctor work load,and describe this method's advantages and disadvantages and its applicable range.Methods The research is made up of four two level general hospitals and 104 respondents.Collecting and arranging the doctor workload items by literature survey and expert consultation method.Comparison and analysising the results of the doctors' workload measured by using the relative value method and the analytic hierarchy process were carried out.Establish the regression equation of the doctor medical record writing data statistics,and through the descriptive statistics,chi-square,nonparametric rank and inspection,Z statistical methods,such as workload discusses and analyzes the measurement results to the doctor.Reseach This study contains 15 experts,including doctors that with a wealth of clinical experiencehospital in the hospitals.The relative value method and analytic hierarchy process were used to measure the workload of doctors.The results were not statistically significant?Z=-0.14,P=0.89?by Z test.The results showed that the two methods were consistent..Analytic hierarchy process?ahp?through the consistency check?CR = 0.07 < 0.1?,the data collected by no logical errors.Influencing factors including the medical record writing workload to the doctor the doctor pipe bed patient hospitalization days,bed whether surgery patients and whether death three patients,the X3 = 1 said she had died?,and through the nonparametric rank and inspection with the actual results no statistical difference?P = 0.478?.Harvard model simplification method and analytic hierarchy process?ahp?two methods to the doctor workload measurement results through Z test no statistical difference?P > 0.05?,the measurement results show that two methods are consistent.Factors that affect the doctor workload size include fixed number of year of the job,the doctor doctor the doctor the title and the doctor's degree by chi-square test were statistically significant?P < 0.05?.The average workload of the doctor's title,the attending physician,resident workload minimum main reason may be due to different level of the doctor's responsibility,the resident's daily work include all the work items,also contains a "review medical records department,within 48 hours of attending physician rounds" such as project work,director of the physician's daily work in addition to the medical work and leaning to department management work,is generally not directly manage the patient,and in the lower processing will provide a guideline,so the only appeared when measuring the doctor medical workload,director of the physician workload at least,attending physician workload biggest phenomenon.Different degree of physician workload statistics difference,a master's degree in the workload of physician workload above bachelor degree.May be due to the following two reasons: first,education relatively high business level is relatively high,easy to win the trust of patients,the number of patients with tube is relatively more,in addition,the number of highly educated physicians to power operation is more than the low degree of physicians;Second,high degree of physicians more focused on the level of attending physician,due to the different job responsibilities,lead to highly educated physicians workload is higher than the low degree of effort..Conclusion The both methods can reasonably measure the workload of doctors.Established regression equation to the doctor can objectively reflect the doctor work in medical record writing.The doctor's title,length of service of the doctor and the doctor's degree of different impact on the doctor's work will bring.Doctors work objective measurement can comprehensively reflect the labor value of the employees,improve employee internal fairness.Comprehensive performance appraisal also need to set up corresponding management measures: determine the workload on the limit,need combined with the staff quality of work.In addition,also should pay attention to establish and improve the clinical information system,can reflect the doctor workload of qualitative indicators to gain as large as possible sample survey,follow the performance management ideas and recorded in the daily work in a timely manner to the doctor.Due to the different hospital development and information system is not sound,this study proposed the measurement methods cannot guarantee full generality and the limitations of statistical data can't guarantee completely accurate.
