Objective Through retrospective analysis and study, compare the clinical efficacy of Single and double row fixation in teeating part rotator cuff tear under Shoulder arthroscopy,to be an effective clinical basis, guiding surgical treatment of partial rotator cuff patients. Methods Analysising Case information and Follow-up records of 52 partial rotator cuff patients treating under Shoulder arthroscopy in The first affiliated hospital of dalian medical university during Feb 2012 to Feb 2015.including 20 cases of single row treatment,32 cases of double-row treatment.Geting the score of the shoulder function from Each patient in Different times(pre-operation,2 months after operation,6 months after operation,12 months after operation.),using VAS score? NEER shoulder score and UCLA shoulder score. To each group of data, adopt SPSS 12.0 software and T tests of different treatment methods for the same tear classification in the same period to carry out statistical analysis comparison. If P<0.05,it is statistically significant,If P>0.05,it is not statistically significant.Result(?),VAS score: P values comparing Single row group and double row group in Same time: pre-operation is 0.436,2 month after surgery is 0.672,6 months after surgery is 0.012,12 month after surgery is 0.052.(?),NEER score: P values comparing Single row group and double row group in Same time: pre-operation is 0.831,2 month after surgery is 0.857,6 months after surgery is 0.020,12 month after surgery is 0.420.(?),UCLA score: P values comparing Single row group and double row group in Same time: pre-operation is 0.646,2 month after surgery is 0.927,6 months after surgery is 0.033,12 month after surgery is 0.524.Conclusions(?),All preoperative P values>0.05.This shows that shoulder joint function and disease of all patients have no obvious difference before operations.(?),Data comparing in 2 month after surgery: All P values>0.05,Describing two treatments did not differ in 2 months.(?),Data comparing in 6 month after surgery:All P values<0.05,Describing two treatments differ in 6 months.Double row group gets higher score faster and is better than Single row group in Clinical efficacy(?),Data comparing in 12 month after surgery: All P values>0.05,Describing two treatments did not differ in 12 months. In short,we get the same conclusion using VAS score?NEER shoulder score and UCLA shoulder score.Double row group gets higher score faster than Single row group,Patients get more benefit faster. But the two kinds of treatments did not differ in Clinical efficacy 12 months.
