Background:Ischemic Cerebrovascular disease(ICVD)imposes large economic and psychological burden to all the community and family, with the characteristics of high morbidity, high mortality, high disability rate and high recurrence rate.So it will take great significance if we could find the risk factors for ischemic cerebrovascular disease. This years the scientist were work hard in hypertension, diabetes hyperlipidemia, smoking, drinking, etc, those have considered be the risk factors of ischemic cerebrovasccular disease. But there is on common opinion about the relationship between fetal origin of the posterior cerebral artery(FTP)and ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD),mainly includes:Transient Ischemic Attack, ischaemic cerebral infarction and asymptomatic cerebral ischemic),and it is extremely important to study the relationship between each other. Objective: To explore the relationship between fetal origin of the posterior cerebral artery(FTP)and ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD).Methods:Collect 512 patients who were hospitalized in the neurological department of XX Central Hospital from May 2014 to December 2015.1.Recorded the patients' basic clinical information, such as history of present illness(HPI),previous medical history, personal history, family history and examination of the nervous system, and those patients need a few necessary auxiliary examinations(for example,CT/MRI).2.All the patients need finish the Magnetic Resonance Angiography(MRA)and/orCT angiography(CTA)when we sure they were in the absence of any contraindication. The results were comfirmed radiologists.they need diagnose whether the patients diagnosed with FTP or not.If one of patients was diagnosed with FTP,we need define the FTP's specific classification(According to the patients' ipsilateral posterior cerebral artery P1 segment is absent or slender compared with Posterior communicating artery are divided into complete FTP and partial FTP;On the basis of FTP appeared in one side or both side are divided into bilateral FTP and one-side FTP).3.According to the ICVD was diagnosed or not,we could divided those patients into ICVD group and control group, and then compared the incidence of toltal FTP and all types of FTP in the two groups.4.Statistical analysis:The date of statistical were analysed by SPSS19.0 statistics soft ware, count date described by mean+ standard devition(? X + S),parameter was analysed with matching t test.categorical date was analysed with X2 test, compared the incidence of FTP in the two groups,we also analysed with relative risk(RR).To probability value of P<0.05 and RR>1 were considered significant. Results:In this study, there were 132 people was diagnosed with FTP in all 512 people, among them the male 59 people(21.7% of all men),the female 73 people(30.4%of all women),the FTP have significant difference in gender(P<0.05).ICVD group were198 people, control group were 314 people, they have significant difference in age,smoke,alcoholism,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia(P<0.05),and no significacant difference in gender and coronary heart disease(P>0.05).There were 70 people was diagnosed with FTP in ICVD group(among them the bilateral complete FTP 3people,the one-side complete FTP 13 people, the bilateral partial FTP 16 people, the one-side partial FTP 38 people). There were 62 people was diagnosed with FTP in control group(among them the bilateral complete FTP 6 people, the one-side complete FTP 7 people, the bilateral partial FTP 10 people, the one-side partial FTP 39people).Compared the incidence of FTP in the two groups,we found they have significant difference in total FTP and one-side complete FTP,bilateral partial FTP,one-side partial FTP(P<0.05,RR>1),and no significant difference in bilateralcomplete FTP(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Women have higher incidence of FTP than men2.One-side complete FTP,bilateral partial FTP and one-side partial FTP maybe were the risk factors for ICVD3.Bilateral complete FTP is not associated with the incidence of ICVD...
