The Value Of Automated Breast Volume Scannerin Diagnosis Of Benign And Malignant Breast Diseases

Objective:1.To investigate the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of ABVS(Automated Breast Volume Scan)in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumor of the breast.2.To discuss the clinical implications of ABVS for benign and malignant breast diseases.3.To investigate the correlations between pathological characteristics and ABVS characteristics in breast tumors.Methods:Patients medical records were collectedin the dalian medical university hospital from January 2015 to January 2016,,their ABVS characteristics were recorded.496 cases were collected with a total of 528 lesions,the average ageis 47.08-13.92..Clinical data were processed with Filemaker Pro13.0 to establish a database..The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity.of breast tumor by the ABVS diagnositicswaere calculated.SPSS(statistical package for social sciences)22.0 softwarewas used for statistical analysis,with a P < 0.05 as criteria for significant difference.Results: 1.(1)From the ultrasonic morphology aspect,the specificity,sensitivity andthe coincidence ratewas 82.97%,73.62% and 87.54% respectively(2)From the aspect of the fullness of the lesions by ABVS,the specificity,sensitivity and coincidence rate was 86.54%,91.25% and 80.21% respectively.(3)From the boundary of the the lesion by ABVSthe specificity was 81.54%,the sensitivity was 86.23%,the coincidence rate was 83.65 %.(4)from the edge of tumors by ABVS,the sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate was 84.52%,94.15%,and82.21%respectively.(5)from the ultrasonic echo,the specificity was 86.54%,the sensitvity was 81.42% and the coincidence rate was 86.54%)=.(6)From the aspect of microcalcification,ABVS had the specificity,sensitivity and the coincidence rate of 81.52%,87.85%,87.74% respectively(7)from the aspect of blood flow,identification of benign and malignant tumor with ABVS had the specificity of 86.52%,sensitivity of92.45%,coincidence rate of 89.54%.(8)From ABVS cross-sectional edge,it had a specificity of 91.65%,sensitivity of 90.12% and coincidence rate 92.52%.(9)from ABVS coronary edge,the specificity was 92.52%,the sensitivity was 93.13%,the coincidence rate was 92.54%,the accurate index was 0.54.2.The pathological characteristics of breast cancer were associated with ABVS imaging features,which suggested the prognosis of patients.Conclusion: 1.The application of Automated Breast Volume Scanner in breast tumors has the high accuracy,it is a method of high application value,and can be regarded as an effective way at diagnosis of benign and malignant breast diseases.ABVS system for the diagnosis of breast lesions,therefore,provides a new mode of imaging,the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions in clinical in has broad application prospects.2.The pathological characteristics of breast cancer were associated with ABVS imaging features,which suggests the prognosis of patients.
