Objective: To study system functional exercises rehabilitation effect on patients with intracranial aneurysm embolization;explore system functional exercises' safety and effectiveness on intracranial aneurysm embolization patients;provide rehabilitation basis for aneurysm embolization patients.Methods : Using convenience sampling method,select 30 patients with aneurysm embolization in October,2014 to January,2015 in a level of first-class hospital at Dalian for the intervention group,and 30 patients in May,2014 to September were analyzed as control group.Control group after 6 months to review of neurosurgery,face to face interview questionnaire.Intervention group fill in the first questionnaire assessment at48 h after surgery,and do intervention measures basing on their body fitness,fill the same questionnaire again after six months and assess GOS score.Compared two groups' activity function and cognitive function in daily life after 6 months,discusses the feasibility of intervention measures.Results : 1.Two groups of patients' Barthel index scale scores have no difference(P>0.05)after 6 months,but the scale of each entry in the comparison,transfer and the ground movement ability score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing two groups' MMSE score,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparing five dimensions of MMSE score between two groups,each dimension score of intervention group were higher than that of control group,the difference had statistical significance between on the attention and calculation,memory and language ability(P<0.05).Comparing every items,the difference had statistical significance on attention and calculation,recall and copy(P<0.05).2.Comparing intervention group bafore and after the intervention,the Barthel index score difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,MMSE score was(22.93±2.48),after intervening,score was(27.30±1.56),the difference had statistical significance on each dimension(P<0.05).Comparing each entry,in the entry of time orientation,memory,attention and calculation,recall and3-stage command ability,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.GOS prognostic score and Barthel index score correlation is stronger,also has weak correlation with MMSE score.Conclusion:1.This study confirms that the system function exercise can improve the postoperative aneurysm patients' daily living activities and cognitive functions effectively;2.The system function exercise can improve the prognosis of patients with intracranial aneurysm embolization;3.The system function exercise is effective and feasible for postoperative patients rehabilitation who were treated with intracranial aneurysm embolization.
