| Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of treadmill teat(TET) on coronary heart disease. Materials and Methods:TET and coronary angiography(CAG) were done for 189 patients pseudo-coronary heart disease patients. Using the result of CAG as diagnostic criteria, the sensitivity and specifity, the rate of positive prognosticate, the rate of negative prognosticate were analyzed. Results The trial sensitivity, specificity, positive forecast value and negative forecast value of TET were 71.57%, 69.15%, 70.10%, 70.65%, respectively. The sensitivity of TET in the patients of two or more vessel disease were higher than those in the patients of single vessel disease(X2=4.0, P<0.05). Gender had no significant effect on TET. There was higher sensitivity for TET in patients with high risk for coronary artery disease. Conclusion:Treadmill test is an ideal cheap, simple and non-invasive diagnosis for checking coronary heart disease. |
