Compared with Chinese medicine, Western medicine has some advantages in treating, such as good hemostasis effect and objective examination. With the increasing number of People using hormone medicine, more and more People find its side effects. Definitely operation can bring Patients some troubles. However, Chinese medicine can avoid these shortcomings and has a significant impact. In terms of observing indicators before and after treatment and safety of therapy, a randomized controlled clinical research method is adopted to study a common type of the deficiency of liver and kidney-yin of perimenopausal uterine bleeding. The research adopts self-made Zhi Xue decoction treatment and it is reported that self-made Zhi Xue Fang can treat effectively and safely in liver and kidney-yin deficiency type perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Method:1.Collection of information: Cases corresponding to traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine diagnosis standards were randomly divided into and treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). 2.Treatment: The treatment group have used oral traditional Chinese medicine named Zhi Xue Fang(ligustri lucidi, ophiopogon japonicus, paeonia lactiflora, radix pseudostellariae, eclipta, radix rubiae, licorice, motherwort, teasel, psorslea, schisandru chinensis, pseudo-ginseng, radix rehmanniae, prepared rehmanniae praeparata, agrimonia pilosa) since the bleeding period. Decoct with water one dose a day and two times. After stopping bleed remove radix rubiae, agrimonia pilosa and add to codonpsis, rhizome atractylodis macrocephalae, medlar and polygonum. Using it to the beginning of next menstrual cycle. In the fourth day of menstrual cycle uses the Zhi Xue Fang again. Treatment continue three bleeding cycles. All the traditional Chinese medicine supplied by Chinese Pharmacy of our hospital. Control group uses Fu Kang pian each oral 5mg,every 8 hours 1times, stopped bleed, every 3 day decreasing one third dosage, until a daily maintenance dosage of 2.5mg.Don't withdraw this drug until after stopping bleed 20 days. Using the drug from the fifth day of menstrual cycle. Each group needs continuous therapy for 3 hemorrhage cycles. One course of treatment consists of 3 consecutive cycles. We observe one course of treatment. How long have every Patients takes to hemostasia after using drugs. Observed the content of hemoglobin and the level of sex hormones before and after treatment. Observed treatment follow up these Patients 3 months knowing the condition of palindromia. Knowing the adverse reaction after taking drugs. Results 1.Com Parison of effect of hemostasia: Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 80% and 86.67%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). 2.Com Parison of hemodynamics indication before and after treatmen-t: Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 93.33% and 70%, respectively. It showed significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). The treatment group is better. 3. Comparison of symptom score before and after treatment in 2 groups: By the statistical Processing, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). This study is comparable. After the therapy, symptom score of treatment group was lower than before. It showed significant difference(P<0.01).After the therapy, symptom score of control group was lower than before. It showed significant difference(P<0.01).After the therapy, symptom score between 2 groups showed significant difference(P=0.001<0.01). 4.Com Parison of FSH,LH and E2 before and after treatment: There was no significant difference in FSH between before and after treatment in treatment group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in LH between before and after treatment in treatment group(P>0.05).There was difference in E2 after the treatment in treatment group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in FSH between before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in LH between before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05).There was no obvious difference in E2 between before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05). 5. Comparison of content of hemoglobin in two groups: By statistic Processing, there was no obvious difference between 2 groups in content of hemoglobin before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference between 2 groups in content of hemoglobin after treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference between before and after treatment in content of hemoglobin in treatment group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between before and after treatment in content of hemoglobin in control group(P<0.05). 6.Comparison of the reoccurrence rate of follow-up survey: Comparison in relapse rate between 2 groups(3 months after the treatment): the relapse rate of treatment group was 6.7%, the control group was 33.33%.By statistical Processing, there is significant difference(P<0.05).The rate in treatment group is lower than control's.Conclusion The self-made Zhi Xue Fang has remarkable curative effects on deficiency of liver and kidney-yin of perimenopausal dysfunction uterine bleeding. Compared with control group, not only Zhi Xue Fang can stop bleeding, optimize internal secretion, increase the hemoglobin, but also it brings fewer side-effects than western medicine. It's worth to popularizing.
