Jia Wei Dao Chi San For Clinical Observation Of Child Cough After Pneumonia Mvcoplasma Infection (Heart Fire Type)

Purpose:By observing the Jia Wei Dao Chi San in the treatment of child cough after Mycoplasma Pneumonia (MP) infection (heart fire type), flavored Jia Wei Dao Chi San mechanism of the curative effect,analyze "heart always have more" theory mechanism for the treatment of the disease.Methods:By adopting the method of randomized controlled studies,collected 84 children after MP infection cough (heart fire type), divided randomly into experimental group and control group.Experimental group by using Jia Wei Dao Chi San, the control group using Montelukast contrast.14 days for a period of treatment, record its efficacy and statistical processing.Results:Experimental group and control group all can reduce cough score and TCM syndrome score.which can play a therapeutic effect.The experimental group in cough integral efficiently (92.86%), TCM syndrome integral efficiently (100%), higher than the control group in cough integral efficiently (66.66%)-. TCM syndrome integral efficiently (40.48%),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Jia Wei Dao Chi San treatment of child cough after Mycoplasma Pneumonia (MP) infection (heart fire type) effectively, and is superior to the treatment of Montelukast, has clinical value.
