Objectives:By observing the middle-aged patients who has sedentary strain of lumbar muscles in the crowd in the change of core strength training related test indexes before and after intervention and its long-term efficacy maintain situation, we discuss the core strength training’s effect on the prevention and treatment of strain of lumbar muscles, in order to find a practical and effective means of rehabilitation exercise. Methods:Selecting 20 teachers(Male 13, female 7, aged between 40-58 years)with strain of lumbar muscle from Hebei University of Engineering who meet the standard of the experiment, sit too much time and lack of experiences as the research object. By analyzing and comparing the baseline information of the object of study, the 20 teachers are divided into two groups: core strength training group(6 male and 4 female), the control group(7 male, 3 female).Considering the subjects’ physical and intervention can smoothly implement, etc.We choose 6 kinds of methods and gradually increase their difficulty: hold over bridge(A ’), lie on your back pretty hip(B ’), two head up(C ’), legs(D ’) hold the ball over bridge, lie on your back foot ball pretty hip(E ’), the Swiss ball back stretch(F ’).The experiment carries out for 8 weeks and carries on a core strength training intervention every two weeks. The first stage is the first two weeks, training A ’, B ’, C ’three methods.Whenever add a training stage, add the follow method and delete the front way.Every time do the training exercises and activities for 10 minutes, do core strength training group training every three times a week, and do exercise every other day, in addition to this, same as the control group, no longer do any sports during intervention, only the normal daily life. When the group of two groups of VAS score, the back force value(kg), ODI, lumbar activity by test, the results show no significant difference between the two groups of evaluation indicators(p>0.05), indicating that the two groups of subjects in the experiment are comparable. Through analyzing the single factor test repeated analysis of variance on the after completion of the four stages of the training, the end of the intervention at the first follow-up visit, the second follow-up for assessment of indicators related to the test and the total effect of, to observe the intervention of lumbar back muscle strength core strength training before and after, the pain degree of change and the long-term effect of maintenance of the patients.. Results:1. After the training intervention, the control group of VAS scores remain in a relatively stable state. In the experimental group, the VAS score is decreased in a linear. And from the 8th weeks, comparing the experimental group with the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). And at the 20 th weeks, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.01).2. After the training intervention, the control group of back strength values remain in a relatively stable state and the experimental group back force value is basically a linear increase trend. And from the 8th weeks, comparing the experimental group with the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). At the 12 th weeks, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.01).3. After the training intervention, the control group of lumbar motion limited degree remains in a relatively stable state and the experimental group of lumbar limitation shows a downward trend. At the 20 th weeks, the difference between the two groups has statistically significant(P < 0.01).4. After the training intervention, the control group of ODI value remains in a relatively stable state and the experimental group of the ODI value is basically linear decrease trend. And from the 6th weeks, the differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.01).5. After the training intervention, the effective rate of the experimental group is 66.67% and the effective rate of the control group is 0.00%. After the test of x2, two groups of patients in total curative effect has very significant difference(P < 0.01). Conclusion:1. The core strength training can effectively enhance the lumbar muscle strain in patients with lumbar and back muscle strength.2. The core strength training can significantly reduce the waist pain in patients with lumbar muscle strain, and effectively improve their daily life dysfunction is restricted.
