efficient and guidance.Methods: Choose orthodontic patients who refused to tooth extraction treatment from Shenyang Stomatology Hospital since 2013.1.1 to 2013.12.31,agree to orthodontic treatments with Damon Q self-ligating bracket of tooth extraction treatment of 12 cases of patients,5 of 7 cases of men,women,ages 12 to 16 years old,average age(13.5±1.5).List all meet the following requirements:(1)in addition to the third molar,the remaining teeth are appear,without missing and supernumerary teeth.(2)there were moderately severe over crowded,crowded degree > 4 mm.(3)rest treatment is not used in the process of its adjacent another nail cutting technology and esrtuary bow,planting the palatal,enlarge GongQi any auxiliary equipment,etc.(4)Bolton index within the normal range.(5)tooth extraction index EI > 151.6 are osseous class I malocclusion deformity,ANB < 5 °.All patients were made from the same clinical senior fixed orthodontic doctors for its adhesive Damon Q self-locking braces,diseases of patients was 0.14 NiTi arch wire replacement order,NiTi or 0.14 x 0.16 x 0.16 0.25 NiTi,0.18 x 0.25 NiTi,follow-up period of 6 ~ 8 weeks.Before and after 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Damon system self-locking braces can effectively extend the dental arch,improving patient dental arch form.Damon system to a tooth extraction treatments of the critical cases depend on the extension of width of dental arch and teeth before crowded lip dip solution to teeth.Expanding arch effect occurs mainly in the premolar and molar area,fangs zone width of dental arch
