The pre and post date comparsion:(1)SNA is reduced by1°, SNB increased by4°, ANB decreases5°.(2) The axis ofUpper and lower anterior teeth also changed, U1-SN from108°decreased to102.5°,U1-NA(mm) decreased from16mm to4mm, L1-NB (mm) decreased from10mm to8.5mm.(3)Facial soft tissue profile, ULP decreased from10mm to7.5mm, LLPdecreased from12mm to4mm, Z angle from63°to69°. Lip protrusion that obviouslyimprove the relationship between lip and chin. After the treatment for patients withtreatment effect is very satisfied.Conclusion: The straight wire appliance, can correct class Ⅱ severe crowdeddentition, teeth occlusal relation to ideal, Soft tissue profile to achieve and improve, andget good results. |
