ObjectiveTo explore the effectivity and safety of oxytocin in postoperative analgesia of gynecological laparoscopic operation.MethodsThe current research was a random,single-blind,paralleled trial, which obtained the consent of the patients after detailed explanation of the medication and observation content.120 scheduled gynecological laposcopic operation patients with ASA graded I or II,normal cognitive state, good expressive ability were enrolled in our research. All the surgeries adopted total intravenous anesthesia, and after that the patients were divided randomly into 4 groups according to their postoperative analgesic methods: group A,the control, wasn't given any analgesic, group B was administered 0.5U/kg oxytocin while group C2ug/kg sufentanil, group D 0.5U/kg oxytocin combined with 1ug/kg sufentanil, all venously. The analgesics were dissolved into 100 ml saline solution and the then into the electronic analgesic pump. The basic life signs were monitored throughout the trial. The scores of Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and Ramsay scale at 1,6,12,24,48 h post-operation and total anxiety scores of Hospital Anxiety Depression scale(HAD)at 1,24,48 h post-operation were observed.Besides, the blood plasma C Reactive Protein(CRP),Tumor Necrosis Factor(TNF)-?levels on the day before operation and 1,6,12,24,48 h post-operation were also detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)as well as theside-effects.ResultsNo differences in VAS,Ramsay and HAD total anxiety scores were found between groups at 1h post-operation.With time on,group A obtained the minimum Ramsay scores, however, the maximum VAS and total anxiety scores(P<0.05).Scores of Ramsay in group B,C and D were similar, all quite ideal.Group B and group D achieved the minimum total anxiety scores(P<0.05).Group C and group D achieved the minimum scores of VAS(P<0.05).No differences were found in blood plasma CRP,TNF-? level before the operation. While at 1 to 48 h post-operation,group A and group C obtained the highest blood plasma CRP,TNF-? level while group B and group D the lowest level.Group C obtained the most nausea. No significant differences were found for the rest side-effects.ConclusionsOxytocin was blessed with mild analgesic effect, which was inferior to sufentanil. However, combined with sufentanil for multi-mode analgesia of gynecological laposcopic operation, oxytocin was able to reduce the dosage of opiate, alleviate the inflammation, smooth the anxious emotions, lessen the side-effects,which is worthy to be expanded clinically.
