Objective: The progress of human society, along with the rapid development of the transport industry, traumatic brain injury(Traumatic Brain Injury.TBI)is also increasing the incidence, morbidity and Data is reported that mortality rate ranks first in all kinds of trauma for causing serious social and family economic burden. This study collected information on cases of TBI patients by CT(Computed tomography)images from the third ventricle changes;midline shift;ventricle changes;changes in ambient cistern and clinical data analysis phase, the group aims to analyze the CT findings for each treatment regimen selection and assessment of the importance of the prognosis of patients, obtained the most important signs of a CT provides relatively objective, uniform standard for clinicians, easy to select and assess the prognosis of patients with treatment programs. Methods: First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College Neurosurgery 2014-10 to 2015-12 treated 260 patients with TBI patients were retrospectively analyzed 3 months later Outcome Scale GOS use statistical analysis of different CT image findings prognosis, obtain CT all signs prognosis of patients,to compare the signs of the importance of patient selection for treatment and prognosis by univariate and multivariate unconditional Logistic regression and Spearman correlation analysis. Results: 260 patients with TBI Basic information: male 160 cases(61.54%),female 100 cases(38.46%),the gender differences in the reasons and considerations related to outdoor activities and jobs. All patients underwent head CT first time after injury 5.1 ± 4.7h.260 patients with good prognosis in 207(79.62%),poor prognosis were 53(20.38%).Good prognosis group of male 128 cases(61.84%)Women 79 cases(38.16%),the maximum width of the third ventricle diameter of 0-5mm in 36 cases(17.39%),6-10 mm 65 cases(31.40%),> 10 mm 106 cases(51.21%),lateral / cranial cavity ratio <= 0.2 81 cases(39.13%),ratio> 0.2 in 216 cases(61.87%);midline shift 0-5mm 78 cases(37.68%),6-10 mm 96 cases(46.38%),> 10 mm in 33 cases(15.94%);ring width 0-1mm pool 31 cases(14.98%),1-3mm were 107 cases(51.69%),> 3mm 69 cases(33.33 %).Outcome Scale GOS prognosis is poor set of basic data: 260 patients, the number of poor prognosis in 53 cases(20.38%)males and 32(60.38%),females 21 cases(39.62%),the maximum width of the third ventricle diameter 0-5mm 17 cases(32.08%),6-10 mm in 28 cases(52.83%),> 10 mm in 8 cases(15.09%),lateral / cranial cavity ratio <= 0.2 in 41 cases(77.36%),ratio> 0.2 in 12 cases (22.64%);midline shift 0-5mm 4 cases(7.55%),6-10 mm in 15 cases(28.30%),> 10 mm in 34 cases(64.15%);ambient cistern width 0-1mm persons 27 cases(50.94%),1-3mm in 19 cases(35.85%),> 3mm in 7 cases(13.21%).Analysis of results by x2 test and Fisher exact test univariate: CT image displayed the third ventricle morphology, lateral / cranial cavity ratio, midline shift and the degree of compression ring pool is an important factor in the prognosis of patients with traumatic brain injury impact while the maximum width of the third ventricle diameter 0 ~ 5mm and 6 ~ 10 mm were no significant difference(P = 0.953).Logistic regression analysis forms the third ventricle, and midline shift pressure ring pools are risk factors associated with the prognosis of patients with brain injury.Spearman correlation analysis: the degree of midline shift in patients with head injury prognostic most closely followed by the degree of compression ring pool, the third form of the third ventricle, lateral / cranial cavity ratio associated with the worst prognosis. Conclusion: 260 cases of traumatic brain injury patients with good prognosis were 207 cases(79.62%),poor prognosis 53 cases(20.38%);CT image shows a different form of the third ventricle, lateral / cranial cavity ratio, the degree of midline shift, and ring pools prognosis of patients with pressure difference was statistically significant;the third ventricle morphology, degree of midline shift and pressure ring pools are risk factors associated with the prognosis of patients with traumatic brain injury, the degree of midline shift of brain injury each CT image displayed prognostic relevance of the most closely followed by the Central pool compression degree, the third form of the third ventricle, lateral / cranial cavity ratio associated with the worst prognosis.
