Objective: The red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and the correlation between acute cerebral infarction,analyzing the condition of RDW and evaluate the clinical value of prognosis.Methods:Collection filter in our hospital in January 2014 to January 2016,100 cases by no more than 48 hours of stroke onset head MRI diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction(except lacunar cerebral infarction)as acute cerebral infarction group(ACI)patients,and NIHSS score.Selection in the same period in physical examination center to participate in physical examination of 100 cases of healthy people as healthy controls.In the hospital the next day morning venous blood was collected on an empty stomach blood for blood routine and biochemical A full range of conventional laboratory tests,compared two groups of RBC count,concentration of hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),RBC,average red blood cell volume(MCV)and red blood cell distribution width(RDW),plasma total protein(TP),globulin(Glb),albumin(propagated)levels,calculate white ball ratio(A/G),triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(D H L).ACI group according to the NIHSS score can be divided into NIHSS acuity,8 group and NIHSS < 8 group,two groups of laboratory examination indexes.The results using SPSS19.0 software for statistical processing.6.Using Pearson correlation analysis,RDW and propagated levels showed a negative correlation(r = 0.264,P = 0.264 < 0.01);Levels of RDW and negatively correlated with A/G(r = 0.219,P = 0.219 < 0.05).Results:1.Levels of RDW acute cerebral infarction group compared with healthy significantly increased,and a significant statistical significance difference(P < 0.001);And compared two groups,other red blood cell parameters of RBC,Hb,MCV,there was no statistically significant difference HCT.2.ACI group of plasma total protein(TP)level is lower than the control group,the differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01);ACI group of globulin(Glb)level is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Albumin(propagated)ACI group than controls,white balls than(A/G)is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).3.ACI group triglyceride level slightly higher than the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),acute cerebral infarction group of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)level is lower than that of the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);ACI group of high levels of total cholesterol(TC)than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);ACI group of low density lipoprotein(LDL)levels significantly higher than healthy control group,difference has significant statistical significance(P < 0.01).4.? NHISS score 8 groups of patients with acute cerebral infarction of RDW levels higher than NHISS score < 8 levels of RDW group patients,and the differences between the two groups was statistically significant,P = 0.044 < 0.05.5.Using Pearson correlation analysis,NIHSS score was positively correlated with RDW level in ACI group(correlation coefficient r = 0.722,P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.The patient's level of RDW ACI group was obviously higher than that of healthy controls,prompt RDW levels may be an independent risk factor of cerebral infarction.2.ACI group of plasma total protein(TP)level is lower than the control group,globulin(Glb)level is higher than the control group,albumin(propagated)is lower than the control group,the white ball ratio(A/G)is lower than the control group,the lower levels of total protein(TP),albumin(propagated)levels,A/G,globulin(Glb)is closely related to the acute cerebral infarction.3.The level of RDW and propagated level and negatively correlated with A/G,tip had elevated levels of RDW and propagated levels and reduce the A/G can be used as A risk factor for acute cerebral infarction.4.High density lipoprotein(HDL)levels,elevated levels of total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL)levels is associated with cerebral infarction.5.Levels of RDW and the degree of neural function damage in patients with A positive,prompt RDW levels can reflect the condition.
