Study On The Therapeutic Effect And Mechanism Of Panax Notoginseng,Bletilla Striata Powder On Stress Ulcer Induced By Ratcerebral Hemorrhage

Objective: Using Pseudo-ginseng Bletilla striata powder on cerebral out blood stress ulcer model in rats intervention,to observe the gastric mucosa of the gross morphological changes,he staining pathological changes and serum NO,MDA,SOD and PGE₂ levels changes and of Pseudo-ginseng Bletilla striata powder and pink of the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism.Methods:1 The subjects were randomly divided into three groups: control group,model group,Pseudo-ginseng Bletilla striata powder group.After one week of adaptive feeding,the stress ulcer model was established by injecting autologous blood in rats.2 Modeling is completed 3 days later,Pseudo-ginseng Bletilla striata powder group to be Pseudo-ginseng Bletilla striata powder filling stomach,control group,model group to be the corresponding volume of saline orally,once daily given for 14 days after the stomach,the rats were anesthetized,the first from the blood from the inferior vena cava,complete removal of gastric tissue,to shape state schools were observed and measured the index of ulcer.3、Then the rat brain out of the blood type of ulcer tissue sections and HE staining,the ulcer index.The pathological changes of gastric tissue were observed by HE staining.4、The serum NO,MDA,SOD,PGE₂ were detected by nitrate reductase method,WST-1 method and double antibody sandwich method.Then compare the differences between the groups,using SPSS statistical software for data analysis.Results: Pseudo-ginseng,Rhizoma Bletillae powder on rat brain out of the model of stress ulcer has a good role in promoting healing.The ulcer index was significantly lower than that of model group（P < 0.01）.The content of no in serum and those in the model group increased significantly（P < 0.01）;compared to model group can improve plasma PGE₂ level（P < 0.01）;can obviously improve the rat serum SOD activity（P < 0.01）;Compared with model group,the serum levels of MDA in the Pseudo-ginseng,Bletilla striata powder groups were significantly lower（P<0.01）.Conclusion: Pseudo-ginseng,Rhizoma Bletillae powder has a good effect to improve the healing of cerebral blood group stress ulcer healing;the mechanism is likely to is by improving the gastrointestinal mucosal protective factor PGE₂,no level,enhance SOD activity decreased the level of MDA and enhanced oxidative stress,and to strengthen the gastric mucosal defense and repair of the ability to achieve.
