Fracture healing is a complex and orderly cascade, which is composed of many kinds of cells, cytokines and factors involved in the complex process. A large number of studies have found that patients with traumatic brain injury in the fracture healing process will be in the early formation of callus, the growth of callus and the short healing time.The scholars think this phenomenon, may be associated with the vivo humoral factors and neural factors' change after a brain injury, and studies have shown that cytokines and neuropeptides,the two aspects in the process play an important role. This article reviews the research on the effects of cytokines and neuropeptide on fracture healing. |
