The Analysis That The Reason Of The Abnormal Sensation After The Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy And The Correspond Processing

With the coming of the aging society in our country,more and more people suffer from the low back pain,people's quality of life is seriously affected.Lumbar disc herniation is a common orthopedic disease,our daily life may be disordered by the low back pain symptoms.After our treatment of 2 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation,they were treated by percutaneous endoscopic discectomy,abnormal sensation of the lower extremities became a question.This study objectived to analyze the reasons of the lower extremities abnormal sensation and corresponding treatment measures are discussed in this study.By introducing the case,and take corresponding action,specific analysis of the possible reasons,such as inflammatory stimuli,physical factors,recurrence and so on,all aspects of deep research and analysis,to analyze the cause the possibility of abnormal feel lumbar spine surgery..This research in our department patients,2 cases of lumbar disc herniation treated by PELD,the lower extremities abnormal sensation,summarize and analyze possible causes related to:(1)during repeated action or adjust the pipe position and harassment caused by nerve root;(2)excessive use of Radio frequency causes toxic products or high temperature on the nerve root and horsetail nerve stimulation(3)postoperative residual symptoms,long oppressed nerve root,injury,postoperative recovery period is longer than the other.After nerve nutrition and related measures,such as dehydration,physical therapy,brake rest with a continuation of the time,the general symptoms will gradually disappear,returned to normal.After all the cases of similar problems were few,so asked us to actively in the clinical cases of information collection,summarize relevant experience and lessons,to further improve the clinical techniques,so as to better solve the pain for patients.
