| Objective:To observe the influence of varicocele on erectile function,and evaluate the curative effect of the patients combined varicocele with erectile dysfunction treated by surgery combined with Chinese medicine shuganyiyang capsule.Methods:69 cases of varicocele associated with erectile dysfunction were randomly divided into operation group(group A,n = 23),Chinese medicine group(control group B,n = 23)and surgery plus medicine group(treatment group,n = 23),underwent modified Palomo procedure,selection of Chinese medicine Shugan Yiyang capsule.After 1 months of treatment,observe and record the changes of patients with IIEF-5 score,Fatigue scale-14 and sex hormone level.Result:After the treatment of erectile function in three groups of patients had significant differences degree improvement.Further comparison between two,the surgery combined with medicine in the most obvious improvement(P<0.05);The FS-14 of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the B score between the control group and the FS-14 score before and after treatment(P>0.05)three groups of patients with plasma LH,FSH,PRL,E level showed no significant change before and after treatment,the level of T increased,but no statistic significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Varicocele can cause erectile dysfunction,we should pay enough attention no it;2.surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine through the structure and function of Shuganyiyang capsule treatment,can significantly improve patients erectile function,improve IIEF-5 score,curative effect is better than use surgery and use the Shuganyiyang capsule alone;3.surgery and surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine Serum testosterone levels did not change significantly in the three groups before and after treatment,good curative effect can be obtained through other means of regulating hormone levels;4.The treatment method efficient and economical this combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,worthy of further study,can be used as a varicocele treatment standard of erectile dysfunction further promotion. |
