Objectives:To investigate the correlation study between the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty and diabetes mellitus, to guide the diabetes patients after total hip arthroplasty the prevention and treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Method:This study choose During January 2013 to December 2013, chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital orthopedic and orthopaedic hospital in sichuan province elderly orthopaedic line for femoral head necrosis or hip osteoarthritis patients with total hip replacement as the research object.screening 147 cases of Criteria with conform to the discharge and incorporate,According to whether suffering from diabetes, divide into diabetic group and non-diabetic group,45 cases Diabetes group,102 cases non-diabetes groups. Analysis and statistics two groups with preoperative plasma D-dimer level?postoperative blood plasma D-dimer level? The results of Lower limbs color doppler ultrasonography and asymptomatic happening situation of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs,to investigate the correlation study between the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty and diabetes mellitus.Results:1.Compare with two groups in the preoperative plasma D-dimer level, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant,Compare two groups plasma D-dimer level of the 1 postoperative day,the 3 postoperative day,the 7±2 postoperative day and the 14±2 postoperative day, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.2.Compare with two groups in postoperative lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Compare with two groups of asymptomatic lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Diabetes mellitus is a risk factor for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty; It will increase the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty.2.There is a positive correlation between lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty with diabetes mellitus; We should to active prevention and treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus after artif lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty.
