The Clinical Effect Observation On Chronic Daily Headache Of Tan Yu Hu Jie Zheng With Tou Tong Ning Capsule

Objectives: By compared with two groups curative effect to observe clinical effect with Tou Tong N ing capsule which Tong N ing capsule and Fenbide treat chronic daily headache of tan yu hu jie zheng patients. To explore the possibility of headache types by use Tou Tong N ing capsule treat headache,And for the treatment of chronic daily headache to find a better treatment of drugs.Methods: Will meet the inclusion criteria of chronic daily headache patients according to the principle of randomly assigned to treatment group and the control group, followed by a 8 weeks treatment with Tou Tong N ing capsule treatment group(n=50)and Fenbide control group( n=50) except for essential chronic drugs respectively. Headache symptoms include headache, headache associated symptoms and duration. TCM symptoms include headache, such as packaging, chest tightness, tongue and pulse, and so on.Results:(1)Clinical assessment:(1) Clinical efficacy : after treat 4 weeks and 8 weeks,the treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency of two groups were 70.2%, 72.7%, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05). The effect of two kinds of drugs;(2) TCM syndrome efficacy : After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment group and control group total effectiveness respectively is 85.11%, 36.36%. Two groups have significant difference(P < 0.01), visible Tou Tong N ing capsule in improving the efficacy of TCM is better than Fenbide.(2)Symptomatic index evaluation:(1) Cognitive function: Compared with before treatment, after treat 4 weeks and 8 weeks,two groups of patients with headche days, duration of headache, headache,accompanied by symptoms and headache symptoms were improved, the score at 4 weeks and 8 weeks time were different statistically significant(P < 0.05), Match the treatment for 8 weeks and the treatment for 4 weeks has significant difference(P < 0.05).(2)PSQI scores: Compared with before treatment, after treat 4 weeks and 8 weeks, two groups of patients with PSQI and each subtype were improved, the score at 4 weeks and 8 weeks time were different statistically significant(P < 0.05), Match the treatment for 8 weeks and the treatment for 4 weeks has significant difference(P < 0.05).(3) HAMA/HAMD scores: Compared with before treatment, after treat 4 weeks and 8 weeks,two groups of patients with HAMA/HAMD were improved, the score at 4 weeks and 8 weeks time were different statistically significant(P < 0.05), Match the treatment for 8 weeks and the treatment for 4 weeks has significant difference(P < 0.05). ?4 TCM syndrome scores: Compared with before treatment, after treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks of the treatment group and the control group in headache, head, such as wrap, chest tightness, three aspects were improved(P < 0.05), and treatment in the treatment group after vomiting phlegm, dry mouth, tastelessness, eat less, tongue and pulse and other aspects have different degrees of improvement(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), and treated for 4 weeks after that improved(P < 0.05); the control group did not improve even heavier.(3) Safety index: During the treatment and follow-up period, there was no adverse reactions about two groups. After treatment, the biochemical examination and EC G and other safety indexs on two groups compared with before and after treatment are no significant difference(P > 0.05), indicating that the two medications are safe.Conclusion:Tou Tong N ing capsule and Fenbide are all have a better clinical efficacy on treat chronic daily headache. The patient does not see a significant difference in the two groups of chronic daily headache allocation; but Tou Tong N ing capsule rather in improving patient TCM Syndrome.The effect is to reduce the frequency of headache, the duration of headache,degree of headache attack than Fenbide.
