The Study Of Comparison Between Tongue Analysis And Questionnaire Survey On Pathogenesis Differentiation

Objective:Through this study, the tongue like recognition of physical with the results of the questionnaire to identify physical contrast analysis, sum up the tongue and the relationship between constitution and verify the tongue like to identify the feasibility of the constitution, explore the factors influencing the tongue like recognition of physical results, not only for further study of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is based on the analysis of the tongue like a physical identification system to lay the theoretical foundation and preparation, and provide new train of thought and method for TCM constitution identification.Methods:This research adopts the questionnaire and tongue as analysis of two kinds of methods,including questionnaire according to the institute of Chinese medicine in 2009 and 2013,respectively, issued by the adults(< 60 years old), the old version(?60 years old) or higher standard for Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision on constitution of traditional Chinese medicine identification, after tongue acquisition on the basis of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine theory knowledge, through analyses of an artificial physique determination. All the questionnaire survey information, tongue like Excel spreadsheet to establish the database of the input, and the judgment SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analysis, measurement data using mean ±standard deviation, expressed as a frequency count data, categorical data by chi-square test.Results:1. In a total of 426 cases of samples, tongue like identification results do not agree with the results of the questionnaire to recognize the 139 cases, consistent with the 287 cases,the overall consistency of 67.37%.2. In nine constitution identification of consistency of results from high to low:blood stasis(83.33%), Yin deficiency(76.19%), damp-heat(75.00%), phlegm-dampness(74.19%), and peaceful quality(73.72%), Yang deficiency(68.26%), Qi deficiency(60.53%), qi stagnation(0), allergic constitution(0).3. The factors such as gender, age, health status of two kinds of methods to identify physical results consistent effect is not obvious, there was no statistically significant difference(p> 0.05).4. The tongue like a collection of light conditions, and the cultural degree of respondents to identify the two methods had a greater influence on the constitution of consistency of results, the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1. Identification of tongue image analysis of constitution and the questionnaire survey to identify physical results have higher consistency(67.37%), and thus has a good application prospect.2. The tongue identification and physical with the results of the questionnaire to identify constitution, in qualitative, blood stasis, Yin deficiency, damp-heat, phlegm-dampness and peaceful quality better consistency of quality, Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency, qi stagnation, allergic constitution, low consistency in quality.3. The factors such as gender, age, health status of the result of the two methods to identify physical consistency has no obvious influence.4. The tongue like a collection of light conditions, and the cultural degree of respondents to identify the two methods had significant effect on the constitution of consistency of results.
