The Relevant Research Of Jian Pi Xiao Zhi Formula Intervening The Efficacy And Inflammatory Cytokines Crp?tnf-?and Leptin Of Type 2 Diabetes With Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective:Observing the function of Jian Pi Xiaozhi formula after intervening the Type 2 Diabetes with non-alcoholic fatty liver diease, the variation of the clinical symptoms and related inflammatory cytokines, in oreder to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Jian Pi Xiaozhi formula in T2 DM with NAFLD,and discuss its mechanism of action.Methods:The 60 cases diagnosed T2 DM with NAFLD patients,were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases each, select 20 cases of healthy physical as normal group. The control group use routine treatment in patients,while add Jian Pi Xiaozhi formula to the treatment group, 1 bag each time(200ml,hospital instead of decoction),2 times daily, and one month for a period. Compare the changes between pretherapy and post-treatment on the indexes of HOMA-IR?CRP?TNF-a?Leptin?TG?TC?LDL-C?HDL-C?ALT?AST?BMI?WHR and the TCM symptoms score,and detect the safety indexes in the meantime.Results :(1) After the treatment, HOMA-IR of both groups declined distinctly(P<0.01), comparing the two groups, HOMA-IR of the treatment group dropped more obviously(P<0.05) than those in the control group.(2) After treatment, CRP?TNF-?and Leptin of both groups all reduced than before(P<0.01), comparing the two groups,CRP,TNF-? and Leptin dropped more obviously of the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.01).(3) TG?TC and LDL-C of both groups have declined after treatment(P<0.01), HDL-C of both groups increased significantly(P<0.01). comparing the two groups,TG ? TC and LDL-C of treatment group declined more obviously(P<0.05),HDL-C of treatment group increased better than the control group(P<0.01).(4)ALT?AST of the two groups didn't have evident differences(P>0.05) before and after the treatment.(5) BMI,WHR of the two groups didn't have evident differences(P>0.05)before and after the treatment.(6) Comparing the two groups after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, while come to the control group, thetotal effective rate was 70%, the comparison of the total effective rate of both groups have significantly diversity(P<0.01).(7) safety analysis: the treatment group of Jian Pi Xiaozhi formula had little adwerse reaction and the security indexes had tested in the normal range.Conclusion:The Jian Pi Xiaozhi formula after intervening the T2 DM with NAFLD patients has well clinical efficacy, it could be reducing insulin resistance,and regulating blood lipid through anti-inflammatory, thereby improving Metabolic disorders and TCM symptoms of T2 DM with NAFLD patients. Trough the observation of safety indicators in treatment group, it shows that the Jian Pi Xiaozhi formula has the security and reliability, so the Jian Pi Xiaozhi formula could be used to patients of T2 DM with NAFLD.
