With the rapid development of economy,industrial production plays an important role in national economic development,but brought new threats to human health at the same time.Organic volatile gas in the atmosphere is very wide and variety,but the quantity is less and not easy to be measured,it still harmful to human health.Various kinds of chemicals used in the production,especially in the chemical companies.Organic volatile gas in the air will be a serious threat to the health of its staff.Because of the limited accuracy of the sensor,detect the Organic volatile gas in the workplace has been a relatively difficult task.Feature of traditional tools are complicated and individuate,not suitable for detected in the workplace.For the feature of organic volatile gas is less in the air and not easily be detected.The research designs a kind of semiconductor cold trap system independently.Hardware and software is design on the basis of the semiconductor cooling system,especially selection for the way of cooling about the hot face.In the control system,choose the voltage of the semiconductor cooling chip,at the same time,use modular design which can reduce the difficulty of the hole system.Via thickening treatment to the samples,and samples can be measured 100%,which can increase the sensitivity of the measurement.Compared to other pre-treatment method,it has the advantages of simple structure,cooling quickly,easy to maintain and control.Finally,in old to verify the reliability of the system test the temperature and moisture absorption of the semiconductor cold trap.Experimental results show that the system is reliable,by detecting 5kinds of different consistence of ethanol and formaldehyde,when detecting ethanol the average error is 0.44 ppm,and when it comes to formaldehyde,it is 0.36 ppm,so it is obvious to see the test results meet the needs.Then give the health risk assessment about 10 kinds of organic volatile gas,which universal in the workplace,and carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risk assessment based on USEPA health risk assessment of exposure model.
