Objection Portal vein thrombosis(PVT)increasingly attracted the attention of the clinician in recent years.the higher prevalence of PVT is portal hypertension in cirrhosis. It is one of serious complications of patients with decompensated cirrhosis.Because the clinical manifestations of patients with PVT mostly non-specific,so it was often not taken seriously. With the development of imaging techniques, the detection rate of PVT increased. The treatment of PVT of the liver cirrhosis currently include anticoagulation therapy, interventional thrombolytic therapy and surgical treatment. Our research aims at researching the etiology and risk factors and clinical presentation of portal vein thrombosis in patients with liver cirrhosis who were admitted in our hospital. Methods Here we review 30 cases from our hospital from January 2005 to December 2015.25 cases of patients was included in the analysis after excluding liver cancer and other neoplastic diseases, the liver cirrhosis caused by the Budd-Chiari syndrome, sinusoidal obstruction syndrome, and myeloproliferative diseases.we collect Sex,age, diabetes mellitus, type of liver cirrhosis, smoking, abdominal pain, bleeding, fever, infection, red blood corpuscle, blood corpuscle, blood disc, blood glucose, total bilirubin,albumin,PT,APTT,D-dimer level of patients. Results Symptoms of Portal Vein Thrombosis in Liver Cirrhosis was abdominal distention(80%),bleeding(68%),ascites(68%),fever(60%),abdominalpain(44%),40%of patients happened with infection,44%of patients had the history of abdominal surgery,D-dimer level elevated(100%);PVT was diagnosed by imaging examinations;the treatment of PVT of the liver cirrhosis currently include anticoagulation therapy, interventional thrombolytic therapy and surgical treatment. Conclusion Symptoms of Portal Vein Thrombosis in Liver Cirrhosis was non-specific symptoms, such as abdominal distention, abdominal pain et al.gastrointestinal bleeding was the first symptom of some patients.Splenectomy andother abdominal surgery, infection may be the risk factors;D-dimer level may be a predictor of cirrhosis of PVT;PVT was diagnosed by imaging examinations; The treatment of PVT of the liver cirrhosis currently include anticoagulation therapy, interventional thrombolytic therapy and surgical treatment.
