ObjectiveTo evaluate the etiology,clinical manifestation,treatment and relative risk factors of portal vein thrombosis.MethodCollect the patients and their corresponding indexes in ShengJing hospital affiliated to China Medical University from March 2007 to August 2009 who were diagnosed PVT with abdominal ultrasound or enhanced CT.Analysis these indexes statistically.ResultThere are many reasons that can leading to PVT,including chronic liver diseases, abdomen operation, abdomen organs infection, et al;Liver cihorrsis is the main reason because the highest incidence.Intervention&operation therapy would be a good choice for the patients who have suitable conditions.ConclusionOur study show that the increasing D-dimer and platelet levels are independent risk factors of PVT for liver cirrhosis patients.The increasing level of D-dimer, INR, diameter of portal vein and thickness of spleen are risk factors of none iver cirrhosis patients.
