The Application Effect Of Sterile Sputum Cup On The Incision Of Trachea In Patients With Non Mechanical Ventilation

ObjectiveThis study was to explore the sterile sputum cup of tracheotomy and application effect of the patients with mechanical ventilaton.Through compared the experimental group using aseptic sputum cup+incision pads nes nursing model with traditional conventional trachea incision nursing,the conclusion and analysis is to describe the application of aseptic sputum cup for all aspects of influence patients back to health,Thus can provides theoretical support and basis for clinical nursing work and related scientific research study.MethodsFor the experimental research,this study adopts the method of random sampling,reintubated selection of 80 cases of patients with mechanical ventilation,numbered the patient in group order,with an odd number of patients in experimental group,the other patients in the control group,two groups of 40 patients respectively.Control group in the process of research are given the traditional made of Y type sterile gauze pads cover the trachea incision.The experimental group also with Y type pads cover around after incision,and hood with ICU nursing staff innovation restructuring sputum cup on the tracheal tube.Observe and compare the two groups of patients total number of replacement of the incision pads.clothing and total time in the first week and the second weeks,Count colony surrounding the skin bacteria culture trachea incision in the 7 day and 14 day,carried out a statistical analysis on the result of the study,the effect evaluation.Using SPSS17.0 selecte statistical software for statistical analysis,measurement data with mean add and subtract the standard deviation(X ±s),using t test,counting data expressed as a percentage,X2 test was used to P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results1.The first week and second week of the total number of trachea incision pads replaced in the experimental group in(20.48±3.80)(16.90±0.81),the control group was(34.58±3.97)(17.70±1.34),the comparison between groups,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The first week and second week of the total time of trachea incision pads replaced in the experimental group in(58.06±9.32)?(46.27±9.85),the control group was(63.45±13.27)?(51.66±10.59),the comparison between groups,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The first week and second week of the total number of cloth replaced in the experimental group in(20.48±3.80)?(16.90±0.81),the control group was(34.58±3.97)?(17.70±1.34),the comparison between groups,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The first week and second week of the total time of cloth replaced in the experimental group in(12.91±2.41)?(8.25±2.30),the control group was(39.24±5.57)?(24.58±5.02),the comparison between groups,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05)5.The first week and second week of the count of colony surrounding the skin in the experimental group in(84.48±15.97)?(84.75±14.55),the control group was(202.65±50.84)?(197.95±46.04),the comparison between groups,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionsThrough the comparison between the experimental group and control group in this study,the results showed that aseptic sputum cup used for patients with trachea dissection of mechanical ventilation,can effectively protect the trachea incision skin,it can reduce the trachea incision tracheotomy patients skin bacteria colony count cultivation,it can effectively reduce the trachea incision pads and clothing replacement number and time,enable nurses reducing unnecessary workload and complicated complex operation process,improve work efficiency,so as to put more effort into provide more high quality nursing service for patients and families.Trachea incision reduction pad usage and reduce the consumption of medicinal materials,and sterile sputum cup has a economic price,easy to use,it can reduce the medical cost and expense,and for can help provide reference and methods in the clinical medical staff tracheotomy nursing of mechanical ventilation in patients with trachea incision.
