Objective:Jinyinshuxin capsule was born in clinical experienced prescription,which was formed of Curcuma aromatica Salisb.,Ginkgo leaves and Panax notoginseng.It had the impact of promoting qi circulation and removing obstruction in the collateral,removing blood stasis.And it was used in thoracic obstruction of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,which performed bosom frowsty chest pain,fullness in chest and hypochondrium,palpitation,dark purple lips and tounge,hesitate pulse.In modern clinics,it was usually used in angina pectoris with the syndrom as above-mentioned.In our research,the optimum extraction process,concentration process,drying process and forming process were selected to make the capsule.It was conductive to cliniccal popularization and the furder research.Method:Comparing the experience operation and results of single extraction process and combined extraction process to select the optimum one for industrial manufacture.In the single extraction process,we used single factor experiment and orthogonal experimental design to optimize the percolation extraction process of Curcuma aromatica Salisb..In this process,the extraction of curcumas was chosen as the index to compare all the dates through HPLC measuring,then the optimum condition was found out and verificated.We also used orthogonal experimental design to optimize the percolation extraction process of Ginkgo leaves.In this process,the extraction of the total flavonol glycosides,including quercetin,kaempferide and isorhamnetin,were chosen as the index to compare all the dates through HPLC measuring,then the optimum condition was found out and verificated.In the combined extraction process,curcuma aromatica and ginkgo leaves are mixed according to the prescribed ratio,and compare several extraction methods to chose the most optimal one.Then using the single factor experiment and orthogonal experimental design to optimize the chosen extraction process.Then the optimum condition was found out and verificated.Finally,compare the results of the two extraction processes to choose the better one.On the basis of extraction process,concentrating process and drying process are inspected.Curcuma aromatica extract concentrated into concrete;Ginko leaves extract was drying,crushing and through screen;Panax notoginseng was crushing and went through screen.According to the prescription dosage,conversing the dosage of the three kinds of extract,And Wettished granules was prescripted.Choosing the optimum condition of starch,wetting agent,operating by experimental comparison.All these filled into capsules after drying.Results: The single extraction process results: the extraction process of Curcuma aromatica determined in powder,using 25 times amount of 80% ethanol,first with just the right amount of 80% ethanol Impregnation after 24 hours and then the remaining 80% ethanol for percolation extraction collected percolate in below 80 o C conditions for enrichment,turmeric extract extract was got.The average extraction rate of curcumin was 0.2035mg/g,and the transfer rate was 71.9%.Extraction process of ginkgo leaf,ginkgo leaf powder,24 standard sieve,48 h after impregnation with 20 times the amount of 50% ethanol percolation extraction,collect infiltration percolate under the conditions below 80 o C for concentrating and drying,again in less than 60% humidity crushing,80 standard sieve,red brown Ginkgo biloba extract dry powder.The extraction rate of total flavonoids was 4.9781mg/g,and the transfer rate was 87.45%.Combined extract process results: turmeric powder and Ginkgo biloba crude powder are mixed according to the formula,then using 10 times the amount of herbal medicine of 70% ethanol to 85 oC reflux extracting 2h,extracting 2 times.In this process,the average extraction rate of curcumin was 0.1967mg/g,the transfer rate was 69.52%,the average extraction rate of total flavonoids was 4.8358mg/g,and the transfer rate was 84.95%.Compared with the experimental results,the extraction process was selected as the extraction process.Panax notoginseng was crushed and went through the fifth size of screen in CP.Firstly,mixing the panax notoginseng flour,ginko leaves extract and starch evenly,then accessed the curcuma aromatica extract and a few wetting agent.Finally,mixing and granulating all these to fill the capsules after drying.Conclusions:The extraction process,concentration process,drying process and formation process selected by our research were scientific,reasonable and easy to operate.The capsules were convenient for taken which was good for promoting widely.The process parameters also provided important reference basis for industrial production.
