Good Agricultural Practice for Chinese Crude Drug(GAP) is an enormous system engineering.In the course of enforcement of GAP,our country's enterprise,which are to wait for authentication,fall behind in the management diplomacy.The work load and quotiety of difficulty are also hard in the establishment of management system,which are to induce low efficiency;Meanwhile,all levels of State of Food and Drug Administration(SFDA) can't supervise and manage manufacturer in time and in force,which induces that GAP construction forms the situation of letting things drift and formalism.only aims is GAP authentication.Otherwise,the enforcement of GAP is an complicated system which is made up of biological system,environment system,management system in the aspect of Chinese crude drug.Every system's important elements are numerous,whose relation are arranged in a crisscross pattern.The choices of germplasm resource are very important by virtue of the situation of biological system of Chinese crude drug. The germplasm resource are source of Chinese crude drug production.The differenrce of germplasm put the yield and quality into decisive effect.However,Chinese crude drug production exists many problems widespread in our country,for example,tangly species,low-grade quanlity,instable production and so on,which severely hinder the enforcement of GAP and safety and availability of clinical medication.At the present stage,research of Chinese crude drug's germplasm resource is in the primary phase.Seeds of Chinese crude drug mostly are wild.Seed origin is confounding.The quality of Chinese crude drug is instable which is hard to control.intensive management and modern production are hardly carried out.The quality of germplasm resource effective guarantee and scientific management.In order to deeply study the GAP,this paper summarizes the current situation and development trend of information management system,germplasm resource research and resource preservation.Through the study of GAP authentication's eight elements, investigation of habitat of Pinelliae Tuber and Curcuma Aromatica,germplasm resource's collection,sorting and management,GAP Integrated Information Management System(GIMS) is established 135 documents,including GAP technical standards,management standards,standard operation practice(SOP),correlative record and many modules,including system management,storage management of germplasm resources,the setting of coefficient of germplasm resources,sales management,early warning systems,which initially constructs basic model of GISM.According to the correlative regulation of GAP authentication management method and inspection standard,it is completed the GAP authentication information, SOP's normalization management and established SOP,production records,analysis reports and pictures of the data records template.At the same time,it is estabilished a strict security user rights management,data for the revision of history records, automatic data backup and support multiple forms of data,including text,numbers, time,pictures,video and HPLC atlas,and provided a flexible variety of statistical data,query and analysis tools.According to the actually condition and work background of germplasm resource research,this paper mainly study on collection,sorting and management of Pinelliae Tuber and Curcuma aromatica germplasm resource,combine with the GAP management system,finally establish the information database of germplasm resource.The information database contain the evaluation system of germplasm resource.At the foundation of germplasm resource information,GISM,combining computer technology with TCM,is initially established the Chinese crude drug's germplasm resource information database,in the view of authentic Chinese crude drug produced in Sichuan province,which is settled fundament of selecting excellent species.Because the GAP basement can hardly monitor the condition of plant,it's the first time to establish early warning system of Chinese crude drug which improve work's efficient and accurate.GIMS has the character of flexibility,safety,maintainability,normalization and visualization.At the same time,it's the first time combine GAP authentication with germplasm resource information,which provides a solid foundation of continuable use of Chinese crude drug and keeps genetic diversity.GIMS can make the progress of GAP authentication controllable and manage easy.
