| Objective: This study through to the spleen and stomach qi deficiency type weiwantong patients on the basis of routine therapy care scheme of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,to observe the nursing plan the clinical curative effect of patients with qi deficiency of spleen and stomach type,quality of survival,and patient's nursing job satisfaction,and patient compliance and satisfaction of characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine technology.Provide theoretical support for clinical nursing work and the reality basis,at the same time to provide data support for weiwantong TCM nursing plan,promote the development of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique.Methods: Cases of selection during from February in 2015 to December in 2015,it will conform to the conditions of sixty patients with spleen qi deficiency epigastric pain random number table method were divided into observation group and control group.thirty cases each.The control group using conventional nursing measures and medical care.On the basis of conventional nursing observation group.Use of traditional Chinese medicine care program for patients with weiwantong effect of TCM symptoms integral table,the method of visual analog pain score(VAS)and TCM spleen and stomach disease PRO scale,nursing job satisfaction scale,weiwantong TCM nursing effectevaluation,effective cases compared two groups of patients,pain relief and survival quality of life and nursing job satisfaction,as well as the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine technology group compliance and satisfaction and responsibility nurses for evaluation of the scheme is practical.Results:(1)The main symptom integral comparison.TCM nursing plan before carrying out 96.7%.Control group complete remission in 11 cases,partial in 8 cases,6 cases mild ease,invalid in 5 cases,83.3% of the total ease index.The difference was statistically significant(Z = 2.764,P <0.01).(4)Comparison of quality of life.TCM observation group care program before the implementation of quality of life scores.(35.20±2.37)and control group(35.17 ± 2.09)scores showed no significant patients with spleen qi deficiency Epigastralgia Care,improved clinical efficacy in patients with spleen qi deficiency type Epigastralgia total efficiency Significantly.Effectively improve the
