Study On Quality Standard Of Zhuang Medicine Jasminum Nervosum Lour.

Objective: To evaluate on authenticity and good or bad in Jasminum nervosum Lour.,to estabish the quality standard of Jasminum nervosum Lour..Methods: The study adopted origin identification,macroscopic identification,microscopic identification,physical and chemical identification to research the pharmacognosical identifying characteristics of Jasminum nervosum Lour.and pharmacognogy comparison of Jasminum nervosum Lour.from Oleaceae crucian and Myrsinaceae crucian.;According to Chinese Pharma-copeia(2015),the content limitation control of water,ash and alcohol extract were determined;Determine the contents of total flavonoids of Jasminum nervosum Lour.by UV-VIS;To study the extraction process of Jasminum nervosum Lour..Results:(1)The pharmacognosical characteristics of origin identification,macroscopic identification,microscopic identification,physical and chemical-identification are meaningful to identifying Jasminum nervosum Lour..(2)The water in the Jasminum nervosum Lour.couldn't be higher than 15.0%;The total ash couldn't be higher than 7.0%;The acid-insoluble ash couldn't be higher than 3.0%;The alcohol extracts couldn't be lower than 17.0%.(3)The contents of total flavonoids were around 10.53%~21.80%;(4)The origin of Jasminum nervosum Lour.volatile oil content is different,the highest 0.23 %(ml/g),lowest 0.16 %(ml/g).(5)By comparing the identification of traditional Chinese herbs,the reference for Jasminum nervosum Lour.to identify different genera were provided,one thing more or one such confusion were avoided,pharmaceutical information for further study of Jasminum nervosum Lour.were also provided.Conclusion: Based on above evaluations,medicinal material quality standard of the herb Jasminum nervosum Lour.was initially estabished,which provide foundation for the safety,effective and controllable of Jasminum nervosum Lour.on the clinical application.
