A Study Of The Pharmaceutical Administrative System In Taizhou Pharmaceutical High-Tech Zone

In 2005 February, Jiangsu provincial government made the strategic decision of the establishment of Pharmaceutical Industrial Park and China Pharmaceutical City(CPC) in Taizhou, thinking with Taizhou pharmaceutical industry, traffic location as well as the domestic and foreign pharmaceutical industry development trend. With the strategic decision, Taizhou Pharmaceutical High-tech Zone(TPHZ)was upgraded to state-level high-tech zone. To giving full superiority to the co-administration of Ministry and Province on building CPC, and strengthen of communication and coordination with the superior departments of Pharmaceutical Administrative, the TPHZ Bureau of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Pharmaceutical Administrative was established, as the direct institutions under the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Pharmaceutical Administrative(JPDFDA).Through the research based on a comprehensive analysis of the management system of high-tech zones at home and abroad, and learn from the successful experience home and abroad, combined with the actual, I put forward in the path of Pharmaceutical Administrative system innovation in TPHZ in the new period. This paper provided a strong theoretical guidance for the healthy development of TPHZ, which is to promote industrial process and economical development. This paper has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper, according to the pharmaceutical management system especially the weak links in the management system and other related public policies, TPHZ lacks policy system and policy evaluation system of decision making tools. It is helpful to the pharmaceutical management system especially the formulation and evaluation of drug management system research in TPHZ. Combined with practical work in TPHZ by using the new public management theory, Through analyzing the nature and the characteristics of the management system of High-tech Zone on the part of the representative of TPHZ, This paper finds the problem in the drug management system in TPHZ.
