| Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms and the the effect of intravascular therapy in patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms.analysis of relevant factors endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms with multiple prognostic impact;binding assay results are summarized endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms with multiple treatment strategiesMethods: Receive multiple intracranial aneurysms clinical data from 1 February 2012 to 31 June 2015 in the Department of Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College.Such as: age, gender, distribution of intracranial aneurysms, hypertension, timing of surgery, surgical, surgical complications.Use SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the patient’s age, gender, preoperative HuntHess grade,Fisher grade, hypertension, endovascular treatment time, treatment and prognosis of patients with levels of correlation. Results: 147 cases were included in this study,41 cases were male, female 106 cases, male: female ratio of 1: 2.58,the minimum age is 27 years old and the oldest 78 years old.Subarachnoid hemorrhage as the first symptom 140 cases and found multiple unruptured aneurysms in 7 cases, oculomotor dysfunction in 3 patients.Hunt-Hess grade: 0 7 cases, grade Ⅰ39 cases,Ⅱgrade 58 cases,Ⅲgrade 36 cases, grade Ⅳ7 cases.Past disease 63 cases of hypertension,84 cases without hypertension;12 cases of diabetes,135 cases of non-diabetic.According to the prognosis of patients with recent GOS prognosis evaluation score,GOS score 4-5 into a good prognosis,GOS score 1-3 into a poor prognosis, including 118 cases of good prognosis at discharge(80.3%),poor prognosis 29 cases(19.7%).6 cases of clinical death,a total of 141 patients discharged normal, clinical follow-up 114 patients lost 27 cases, which were angiographic followup to the hospital,82 cases telephone follow-up,32 cases were not there again aneurysm rupture.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, preoperative Hunt-Hess grade,Fisher grade, underlying diseases, intraoperative complications affect the prognosis level, gender, endovascular treatment had no effect on the level of the patient’s prognosis. Conclusion: 1,multiple intracranial aneurysms often occur in people aged 40-60,where a higher proportion of women, the highest incidence of posterior communicating artery aneurysm, reaching 36.5%,of which 48.3% rupture rate.Highest anterior communicating artery aneurysm rupture rates, reaching 93.8%,the incidence rate was 10%.2,patients with multiple vascular aneurysm embolization is safe and effective, the majority of patients after active treatment prognosis is good.3,the patient’s age, preoperative Hunt-Hess grade,Fisher grade, underlying diseases, intraoperative complications and other factors affecting prognosis level, gender, endovascular treatment had no effect on the level of the patient’s prognosis.4,multiple aneurysms in patients with complex disease should be individualized treatment plan.Processed first responsibility aneurysm rupture, according to the patient’s basic condition, multivariate aneurysms imaging parameters unruptured selection process unruptured aneurysms. |
