| Objective:To discuss the effectiveness and safety of Atlas stent in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms, and to summarize the clinical application experience of Atlas stent by collecting and analyzing the cases with intracranial aneurysms treated with Atlas stent-assisted coil embolization.Methods:102 patients with intracranial aneurysms who were treated with Atlas stent-assisted coil embolization in the Department of Neurovascular Disease of the First Bethune Hospital of Jilin University from July 2019 to November 2019 were selected as research objects. The general data(including age, gender, smoking history, hypertension history, aneurysm size, neoplasia neck size, aneurysm shape,Hunt-Hess grade, modified Fisher grade,Glasgow coma scale),surgical data, imaging examination data, treatment effect(Raymond standard evaluation of aneurysm embolization),perioperative complications and discharge status(m RS score evaluation)and postoperative follow-up of patients were collected and sorted out.The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS statistical software to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Atlas stent in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Results:A total of 105 intracranial aneurysms from 102 patients were included in the study. The complete embolization rate of aneurysms after operation was 61.0%(64cases),the sub-complete embolization rate was 22%(23 cases),and the incomplete embolization rate was 17%(18 cases). There was no significant difference in immediate embolization degree between wide-neck aneurysms and narrow-neck aneurysms, large aneurysms and small aneurysms, ruptured aneurysms and unruptured aneurysms after operation(P > 0.05).There were 6.9% of patients with perioperative complications(4 cases with intraoperative aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage,3 cases with ischemic complications).99 patients had a good prognosis(m RS score 0-2),2 patients had a poor prognosis(m RS score 3-5),and 1 patient died.15 patients were followed up after operation, among which 14 cases had good embolization and 1 case had obvious recurrence. Conclusion:Atlas stent-assisted coil embolization is an effective and safe method for intracranial aneurysms, which has a good efficacy and reduces perioperative complications. However, further follow-up is needed to study its long-term effectiveness and safety. |
