Objects : To analyse the chronic kidney disease epidemiology of hypothyroidism patients and to investigate the correlation between Hypothyroidism and kidney damage.Methods:49 cases of hypothyroidism patients selected randomly with complete data were served as experimental group in our hospital for the past three years,while 30 cases of check-up crowd as control group.The experimental group were divided into clinical hypothyroidism group(n=18)and subclinical hypothyroidism group(n=31).The following indexes were detected,including FT3?FT4?TSH?Scr?UA?BUN?GFR?Cys C?TPU?TC?LDL-C?TG?HDL-C?A-TG?A-TPO?IMT,the experimental group were treated with levothyroxine and above indexes were detected again.All these material were collected and the correlation were analysed between hypothyroidism and kidney disease in those groups.Results:In the experimental group,the lever of Scr?UA?TPU?TC?TG?LDL-D?IMT?A-TG?A-TPO of hypothyroidism experiment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and GFR?Cys C was lower than the control group(P<0.05).FT3 level was positive correlated with GFR;TC?LDL level was positive related with TSH,and negatively related with FT3?FT4;There were no significant difference of HDL-D and BUN between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The level of Scr?UA?TPU?TC?TG?LDL-D?IMT of clinical hypothyroidism group was higher than the subclinical hypothyroidism group(P<0.05),GFR ? Cys C was lower than the subclinical hypothyroidism group(P<0.05),HDL-D ? BUN revealed no significant difference between the clinical hypothyroidism group and the subclinical hypothyroidism group(P>0.05);TC?IMT of the subclinical hypothyroidism group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),Scr?UA?BUN?Cys C?TPU?GFR?TG?HDL-C?LDL-C have no difference between two groups(P>0.05);Scr?UA?TPU?TC?TG?LDL-C?HDL-C?IMT in the patients of post-treatment were lower and GFR?Cys C was higher than the patients of pretherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Primary hypothyroidism usually associated with dyslipidemia?increased IMT,could lead to the level of Scr?UA?TPU risen and GFR lower.Among these FT3 was positive related with GFR,and negatively related with Scr,TC?LDL was positive related with TSH,and negatively related with FT3?FT4.Cys C did not reflect renal function accurately among hypothyroidism patients.Renal function ? lipid ? IMT is relevant with the degree of hypothyroidism in hypothyroidism patients and the degree of hypothyroidism is more serious,the abnormous index is more obviously.After levothyroxine replacement therapy,the renal function?lipid recoverd and the degree of IMT had lessened.So the abnormal indexes in hypothyroidism renal damage could be reversible with treatment.
