Effect Of Invigorating Spleen And Kidney On The Immune Function Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type Of Advanced Malignant Tumor

Objective : This study aims to collect and analyze data from January2015 to October 2015 in shijiazhuang,hebei medical university affiliated hospital oncology peace in the hospital,and accords with the standard set of spleen and kidney type two virtual terminal of 90 patients with malignant tumor.Using randomized controlled study method,we make a preliminary assessment of invigorating spleen and kidney on the immune function of spleen and kidney deficiency type of advanced malignant tumor.Methods:Adopting a randomized non-blind parallel comparison research method,90 cases of patients with advanced cancer were incorporated into the standard,divided into the treatment group,the blank group and the control group.Each group of patients were 30 cases.The treatment group,blank group and the control group were given the same conventional nutrition support and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group of patients were given the spleen kidney(ginseng,atractylodes,radix glycyrrhizae,dodder,epimedium,medicinal indianmulberry root,fructus ligustri lucidi,radix bupleuri,chicken's gizzard-membrane),prepared by our hospital pharmacy department using automatic tisanes mechanism.Each bag of 150 ml,1 bag each time,2 times daily,orally,for 4 weeks.The control group of patients were given intravenous drip glucose 250 ml,1 mg,thymopentin once a day,continuous treatment for 4 weeks.Simple application blank group routine nutritional support and symptomatic treatment,4 weeks in a row.Record three groups before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets related numerical(CD3 +,CD4+,CD8 +,CD4 + /CD8 + and NK,etc.),immunoglobulin,TCM symptom score and quality of life score curative effect index and urine routine,stool routine,liver andkidney function,electrocardiogram(ecg),such as safety indicators,and statistical analysis,in order to evaluate the influence of the immune function of spleen and kidney two virtual model of patients with advanced malignant tumor.Results: Through the clinical observation of 90 cases of spleen and kidney type two virtual immune functions in patients with advanced malignant tumor,the study of TCM symptom score and quality of life score.Before treatment,we compared the age,sex,disease,clinical stage and other data of the three groups,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.We also compared lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulin and TCM symptom score and quality of life score index of three groups of patients before treatment.The results showed that the indexes between the three groups had no significant difference,no statistical significance(p>0.05)before treatment,comparable.1 The three groups after treatment compared with their respective cellular immune function before treatment.(1)treatment group: CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,NK cells were significantly increased compared with before treatment,CD8 + cell level was significantly lower than before treatment,P<0.01.(2)control group: CD3+,CD4+ cell level was higher than before treatment,P <0.05;CD8 + cells were significantly lower than before treatment.,P<0.01;CD4 + / CD8 + value,there was no significant change in the NK cell levels than before treatment,P> 0.05.(3)control group: CD3+ cell level was significantly lower than before treatment,P<0.05;CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,NK cell level was no significant improvement,P > 0.05.2 Comparison of the cellular immune function between the three groups after treatment: the treatment group CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells in each index was better than the control group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 After treatment,there was no significant difference between the threegroups in the treatment group,the control group and the blank group,which showed no statistical significance.(P > 0.05).4 After treatment symptom scores among the three groups,the treatment group compared with the control group,the blank group had significant advantage,P <0.01.Treatment group and control group,P = 0.0035 <0.01;treatment group compared with blank group,P = 0.0016 <0.01;control group and blank group,P = 0.7952> 0.05.5 Three groups of quality of life scores.The treatment group has obvious advantages compared with the control group,the blank group,there was significant difference(P <0.01).Treatment group and control group,P=0.0023 <0.01;treatment group compared with blank group,P= 0.0010 <0.01;control group and blank group,P = 0.7934> 0.05.6 Adverse reactions were compared between the three groups after treatment,There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group,control group and blank group,P> 0.05.Conclusion:through clinical observation,we found that the spleen and kidney can effectively improve the cellular immune function in patients with spleen kidney both deficiency type of advanced cancer,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4 + / CD8 + and NK cell level has improved significantly.The treatment group is obviously better than the thymopentin control group and blank group.The immune function of patients with advanced cancer in the control group was also improved by thymopentin,the level of CD3+,CD4+ cells was increased,CD8 + cells levels drop,but the values of CD4+/CD8+ and NK cell level improvement is not obvious,the total curative effect is inferior to spleen and kidney.Blank group after nutrition support in patients with symptomatic treatment has no improvement in immune function,even the decline in immune function.The study found that patients of blank group CD3+ cell level decreased significantly,there is statistical significance.Without the treatment of improving the immune system,the immune function of patients with the development of tumor will gradually decline.In addition,the spleen and kidney can effectively reduce the spleen kidney two virtual patients withadvanced malignant tumor patients with clinical symptoms,reduce the TCM symptom integral,and improve patient quality of life scores,the effect is remarkable.The study found,spleen and kidney to spleen and kidney type two virtual terminal improvement of humoral immune function of tumor was not obvious,compared with the control group,the blank group,no significant statistical advantage.
