Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Shengpulp formula in preventing and treating colorectal malignant tumor after chemotherapy,the clinical significance and efficacy of spleen-kidney deficiency type bone marrow suppression were discussed,and better clinical ideas and methods were provided for clinical treatment.Methods: In this study,80 patients with colorectal malignant tumor who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the oncology outpatient department or ward of Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to December 2022,and divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.Control group: XELOX(oxaliplatin combined with cacapitabine,q3w)regimen was used for chemotherapy.Treatment group:received XELOX(oxaliplatin combined with cacapitabine,q3w)regimen chemotherapy and oral treatment of Jianpi Shengpai formula,which began on the first day of chemotherapy and continued for 21 days.The changes of white blood cells,neutrophils,platelets,hemoglobin and other myelosuppression indexes,the changes of KPS scores and TCM syndrome scores before and after chemotherapy,and the occurrence of various degrees of myelosuppression between the two groups were compared between the two groups.Statistical software SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis of the above data.Results:1.Comparison of white blood cell count: Compared with before treatment,the white blood cells of the two groups after chemotherapy(day21)showed different degrees of decline compared with before chemotherapy,and there were statistically significant differences between the control group and the treatment group(P < 0.01).Comparison between the treatment group and the control group,the leukocytes of the two groups were significantly different on day 7,day 14 and day 21 of chemotherapy(P < 0.01).2.Comparison of neutrophil counts: Compared with before treatment,neutrophil counts after chemotherapy(day 21)in both groups decreased to varying degrees compared with before chemotherapy,and neutrophil counts in both control group and treatment group showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.01).There were statistically significant differences in neutrophils between treatment group and control group on day 7 of chemotherapy(P < 0.05).On day 14 and day 21,there were significant differences in neutrophils between the two groups(P < 0.01).3.Hemoglobin count comparison: Compared with before treatment,the hemoglobin count of the two groups after chemotherapy(day 21)decreased to different degrees compared with before chemotherapy,and there was no statistical difference between the control group and the treatment group(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no statistical significance in hemoglobin count in the treatment group at the7 th,14th and 21 st days of chemotherapy(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of platelet counts: Compared with before treatment,platelets in the treatment group and the control group after chemotherapy(day 21)showed different degrees of decrease compared with before chemotherapy,and the platelets in the control group had a statistically significant difference(P < 0.01);The platelets in the treatment group were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no statistical significance in platelet on the 7th day of chemotherapy(P > 0.05),and there was statistical significance in platelet on the 14 th and 21 st days(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: Total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group: 76.92% for the control group and97.37% for the treatment group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).6.Quality of life: Compared with the pre-treatment period,the KPS scores of the control group decreased and the KPS scores of the treatment group increased,with no statistical difference between the KPS scores of the control group and the pre-treatment period(P>0.05)and a statistically significant difference between the KPS scores of the treatment group(P<0.01).Statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).7.Occurrence of myelosuppression: the incidence of myelosuppression in the control group after treatment(89.7%)was higher than that of myelosuppression in the treatment group(71.1%),with a comparative statistical difference(P<0.05);the incidence of III.-IV.degree myelosuppression in the control group(20.5%)was higher than that of III.-IV.degree myelosuppression in the treatment group(2.6%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).8.Peripheral neurotoxic reactions: After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in peripheral neurotoxic reactions between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.01).The incidence of Ⅲ-Ⅳ peripheral neurotoxic reactions was 23.1% in the control group and 7.9% in the treatment group,which was higher in the control group than in the treatment group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.Spleen and myelopathy have a certain preventive effect on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer,which can reduce the degree of decline of peripheral blood leukocytes,neutrophils,platelets,etc.after chemotherapy to a certain extent,reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression,and increase the possibility of completing chemotherapy on time.2.Jianpi Shengpai formula can improve patients’ symptoms such as fatigue,eating less and eating less,waist and knee tenderness,cold fear and limb cold,reduce patients’ pain of chemotherapy,effectively improve patients’ quality of life,improve KPS score,and have certain advantages for relieving peripheral neurotoxic reactions;3.Jianpi Shengpai Formula has certain clinical guiding value in the treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy of colorectal cancer,and can be widely applied in the clinical treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy of colorectal cancer.
