Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Triple Anti-mycobacterium Tuberculosis Drugs In The Treatment Of Plasma Cell Mastitis

Objective: The purpose of this paper is to compare the clinical effect and recurrence rate of triple anti-mycobacterium tuberculosis drugs and another group without taking the drugs in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis,and to explore the optimal methods of clinical treatment,in order to shorten the course of treatment,improve the curative effect,keep the beauty of the breast and avoid the recurrence.Methods: A retrospective review was conducted for 104 patients with plasma cell mastitis which were finally diagnosed pathologically from September 2013 to March 2015 treated in outpatient and ward of The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.The patients were divided into two groups,the treatment group with 56 patients was treated with triple anti-mycobacterium tuberculosis drugs and the comparison group with 48 cases was treated without taking the drugs.The curative effect and the recurrence between two groups were compared.Two groups were followed up for 1 month,3 months,6 months,9 months,1 year after the beginning of the treatment and the end of the treatment respectively.Results: Before treatment,there was no statistical significant differences between the treatment group and the comparison group in terms of age and integral of physical signs(P>0.05).In the treatment group(54 cases),29 cases were cured by conservative treatment alone,and the cure rate was 51.79%,the total effective rate was 98.21%.In the control group(48 cases),7 cases were cured by conservative treatment,the cure rate was 14.58%,the total effective rate was 79.17%.Analyzed the grade effect index of curative effect by rank test,the result showed that there was statistical significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group is obviously better than the comparison group in efficacy.A follow-up of 1 year showed that the recurrence rate was 3.6% and 16.7% in treatment group and comparison group respectively.The recurrence rate in treatment group was significantly lower than the comparison group by Fisher exact probability test(P<0.05).Triple oral drugs and combined with other non-surgical methods,such as abscess puncture or incision,antibiotics,physiotherapy and other comprehensive treatment of plasma cell mastitis cure rate and total efficiency,low recurrence rate,it is worth of clinical application.Conclusisons: The application of triple anti-mycobacterium tuberculosis drugs(isoniazid,rifampicin,ethambutol)in plasma cell mastitis can significantly reduce the inflammatory lumps and lesions,maintain a good breast appearance,so as to be able to perform a smaller range of surgical treatment or even avoid surgery.Oral triple anti-mycobacterium tuberculosis drugs combined with other non-surgical methods,such as abscess puncture or incision,antibiotics,physiotherapy and other comprehensive treatment of plasma cell mastitis can improve the cure rate and the total effective rate,reduce the recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical generalization and application.
