| B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP) is a kind of peptide substance existing in cardiac tissue. Its concentration in blood is highly related with the treatment and prognosis on the cardiovascular disease. BNP can be used as important biological markers in screening, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and follow-up for children with congenital heart disease(CHD).It can also be used as a reference index of cardiac transplantation. Its value in CHD treatment deserves further research. |
