The Ancient And Contemporary Researches Of Application Compatibility Of Eight Influential Points

Objective: Induction of eight influential points about the ancient literature and modern literature,summed up the highfrequency compatibility points and clinical application to analyze the theoretical and clinical meaning.Methods: Based on the fifth edition compact disc of Chinese Medical Classic,searching the ancient books conclude the eight influential points compatibility content.By using China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database search the eight influential points compatibility articles from 1995 to 2015.Establishing 16 Excel worksheets contain the ancient literature and modern literature.The ancient literature worksheet conclude the number,disease and syndrome,the name of disease,prescription,dynasty,the title of book,the chapter and the author.The modern literature conclude the number,systemic disease,the name of disease,prescription,the first author,the article title,the name of journal and date of publication.Applying the Chinese medicine theory,acupuncture knowledge and Chinese medicine bibliography analyze the eight influential points content.Results:1.The research contained 34 ancient books,1034 ancient clause and 1390 clinical papers.2.The Zhongwan(RN12)and Danzong(RN17)are the high frequency points to cure disease in ancient literature that related to eight influential points.Yanglingquan(GB34)and Zhongwan(RN12)are the high frequency points to cure disease in modern literature that related to eight influential points.3.The research summarize the high frequency compatibility points about eight influential points.The clinical application of eight influential points has the similarities in ancient literature and modern literature.Yet,the eight influential points can cure more disease in modern literature.(1)The high frequency compatibility points of Zhongwan(RN12)are Zusanli(ST36)and Qihai(RN6)in ancient literature and modern literature.The clinical application of Zhongwan(RN12)can treat spleen and stomach disease in ancient literature and modern literature.The clinical application of Zhongwan(RN12)can treat the obesity and diabetes in modern literature.(2)The high frequency compatibility points of Zhangmen(LR13)are Zusanli(ST36),Zhongwan(RN12)and Pishu(BL20)in ancient literature and modern literature.The clinical application of Zhangmen(LR13)can treat hypochondriac pain and stomachache in ancient literature.The clinical application of Zhangmen(LR13)can treat Chronic Gastritis,obesity and diabetes.(3)The high frequency compatibility points of Yanglingquan(GB34)are Zusanli(ST36)and function.The eight influential points mostly likely are compatible with Zusanli(ST36).The points formed by Zhongwan(RN12),Zhangmen(LR13)and Geshu(BL17)are compatible with Zusanli(ST36)and Pishu(BL20)in ancient literature.The points formed by Zhangmen(LR13),Yanglingquan(GB34),Xuanzhong(GB39),Taiyuan(LU9)and Danzhong(RN17)are compatible with Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(GB39)in modern literature.2.Eight influential points are compatible with each other,such as compatibility Zhongwan(RN12)with Danzhong(RN17),compatibility Zhangmen(LR13)with Zhongwan(RN12),compatibility Yanglingquan(GB34)with Xuanzhong(GB39)and compatibility Dazhu(BL11)with Geshu(BL17).
