Clinical Research Of Ovulation Barrier PCOS With Acupuncture Of Replenish Qi To Promoting Ovulation And Clomiphene

Objective: In this research,we observed the clinical curative of acupunc-ture of replenish qi to promoting ovulation combined with clomiphene on the patients who suffered from PCOS ovulation barrier.Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria in patients with PCOS.60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and Control group,and30 patients in each treatment group.Control group received clomiphene treatment,observation group received replenish qi to promoting ovulation with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Compared the symptoms and B ultrasound,pregnancy,and other indicators of improvement in patients before and after treatment.Results:(1)In the observation group of 27 cases,15 cases cured,effective in10 cases,2case invalid,the total effective rate was 92.6%.In the control group of 29 cases,10 cases cured,effective in 11 cases,8 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 72.4%.It suggests that there was description efficacy in both groups,but the observation group was significantly higher.(2)In terms of improved endometrial thickness,maximum follicular diameter,Compared to the two groups of before and after treatments,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).after treatment between the two groups,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment described above indicators were improved,and the observation group was significantly higher.(3)Observation period is 64 in observation group and 74 in the control group,wherein the observation group 17 was stopped due to pregnancy observation period,the control group stopped 13 of pregnancy observation period.Two ovulation cycles compared by chi-square test,?2= 4.67,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.For the number of ovulatory cycles,the observation group was superior to the control group.(4)Basal body temperature of patients in both groups were compared by chi-square test,?2= 4.98,P <0.05,explain the difference was statistically significant.For the basal body temperature,the observation group was superior to the control group.(5)After the course of treatment all patients received liver and kidney function tests,the results were normal.Conclusion:(1)This study suggested that the method of acupuncture of replenish qi to promoting ovulation combined with clomiphene is available to treat the disease PCOS ovulation disorders.And it has a significant effect.(2)Acupuncture of replenish qi to promoting ovulation combined with clomiphene can significantly improve endometrial thickness,maximum follicular diameter on the patients who suffered from PCOS ovulation barrier.(3)It shown that the therapy can significantly promote the excretion of PCOS ovulation barrier.(4)It shown that this therapy is safety,non-toxic side effects,and it is worthy to promote.
