BACKGROUND:It’s still unknown when the DES ISR happens, whichtype of DES should be inplanted during the PCI.OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the same type of DEScomparing different type of DES in treating coronary artery disease patients withwho suffered In-stent Restenosis after first PCI using at least one DES.METHODS Pubmed,EMBASE,Google scholor research and CBM otherdatabases of clinical trials were searched for meta-analysis and clinical trialsboth in Chinese and English language Conference abstracts, reference lists ofretrieved studies and some websites were also searched(ranged from1984.Janary to2012.February).Statistical analysis was performed using RevMan5.14software.RESULTS Meta-analysis was performed on the results of6differentclinical trials.4trials evaluated all cause death rate,4trials evaluated the rate of MI,4trials evaluated the happeness of stent thrombosis,and3trials evaluatedthe TLR(target lesion revasculation) in the following period about1to2yearscomparing the same(SES in SES,and PES in PES) and the different(SES inPES,and PES in SES) type of DES.The results of meta-analysis indicated thatthis two groups have the same level of efficacy and safety in treating coronaryartery disease patients with who suffered In-stent Restenosis after first PCI usingDES.CONCLUSION Meta-analysis was performed on the results of6differentclinical trials.4trials evaluated all cause death rate,4trials evaluated the rate ofMI,4trials evaluated the happeness of stent thrombosis,and3trials evaluatedthe TLR(target lesion revasculation) in the following period about1to2yearscomparing the same(SES in SES,and PES in PES) and the different(SES inPES,and PES in SES) type of DES.The results of meta-analysis indicated thatthis two groups have the same level of efficacy and safety in treating coronaryartery disease patients with who suffered In-stent Restenosis after first PCI usingDES. Basing on the obtained statistics, the same type of DES and differenttype of DES are efficient and safe in treating coronary artery disease patientswith who suffered In-stent Restenosis after first PCI using DES.
