| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of electro acupuncture combined with composite Niuling granules for the treatment of chronic prostatitis, and to explore its mechanism.Methods: a total of 120 patients diagnose as chronic prostatitis were enrolled in this study, andrology clinic in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine of patients, 120 randomly divided into treatment and control group,60 cases in each group. given electro acupuncture combined with composite Niuling granules in treatment group and hydrochloride terazosin, ciprofloxacin in control group.The effects of medication were analyzed and compared using National Institutes of Health(NIH) of chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH- CPSI) and UPOINT system.Results: 1. For both treatment group and control group, chronic prostatitis symptom score significantly reduced and examination indexes(lecithin corpuscle of prostate fluid p H, prostatic fluid, white blood cell) were improved after treatment, After treatment of patients with than the treatment before after treatment of patients is related to the is before treatment improved. The chronic prostatitis symptom score and laboratory examination indexes(prostate fluid p H value, lecithin body level) of the control group obviously higher than the treatment group, with statistically significant difference.Conclusion: 1.Electro acupuncture combined with compound Niuling granules can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms in patients with chronic prostatitis;Electro acupuncture combined with compound Niuling granules can improve the examination indexes related to chronic prostatitis.2.The electro acupuncture combined with composite Niuling granules in the treatment of chronic prostatitis in clinical application security, curative effect is exact,easy for patients to accept treatment, and good compliance, it is worth clinical promotion. |
