Study On The Electrical Characteristics Of Twelve Typical Patients With Essential Hype Rtension In The Patients With Hypertension

1 Objective:Through physical acquisition in hypertensive patients and 12 by the original point electrical characteristics of information of hypertension patients wit h typical physical and 12 by the electrical properties of the original point is bet ween the relations,for TCM diagnosis and intervention of hypertension provide ne w theoreticaldata.2 Methods:A total of 90 cases of typical physical constitution of hypertension w ere collected,30 cases of healthy subjects,and 120 cases were studied.Evaluation a nd the meridians and viscera balance detection system for all subjects of TCM Constitution judgment and twelve yuan primary acupoint electric feature detection by TCM physique,physical determination method according to the TCM constitut ion classification and determination standard of nine kind of physique determinati on method of implementation and body acupoints detection method according to TCM constitution evaluation and the meridians and viscera balance detection syst em on body point detection method implemented in the subject were observed al l physique determination results and twelve(impedance and balance coefficient) da ta for the electrical character of the original point.Using SPSS17.0 software.The constitution of the acquisition decision data and the outcome of the electrical cha racteristics of acupoints in statistical data analysis,P<0.05 for statistically significa nt difference,P<0.01 difference is significant.3 result: hypertension of phlegm dampness constitution group Taiyuan acupoint r esistance higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),Hegu,Taixi acupoint impe dance was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01),indicating that the hypertension of phlegm dampness patients twelve yuan primary acupoint Tai yuan(LU9) impedance values increased abnormally,Hegu,Taixi point impedance val ues increased significantly; hypertension phlegm dampness constitution group edg es and wrist acupuncture point of balance coefficient greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),Shenmen,Jinggu point balance coefficient was significantly gre ater than that of the control group(P<0.01), indicating that the hypertension of p hlegm dampness patients twelve yuan primary acupoint on the right and left edg es and wrist acupuncture point in an unbalanced state,Shenmen,Jinggu point in a serious imbalance.Hypertension blood stasis group Taiyuan,Shenmen,Taichong Point impedance av erage higher than in control group(P<0.05),indicating that the abnormal increase of hypertension blood stasis were twelve yuan primary acupoint Taiyuan,Shenmen,Taichong impedance value; Hypertension blood stasis group Wangu,Jinggu point b alance coefficient was significantly greater than that of control group(P<0.01),Taic hong balance coefficient significantly less than control group(P<0.01),indicating th at hypertension blood stasis were twelve yuan primary points around the wrist,W angu Taichong,Jinggu point in serious imbalance.Hypertension Yin deficiency group higher than in control group(P<0.05),Taich ong Point impedance average was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01), indicating that in hypertension patients with Yin deficiency 12 of the o riginal cave Taixi point impedance values increased abnormally,Taichong Point im pedance values increased significantly; Hypertension Yin deficiency group wrist a cupuncture point of balance coefficient greater than in control group(P<0.05),Taiy uan,Shenmen, Jinggu point hole balance coefficient was significantly greater than that of control group(P<0.01),indicating that hypertension Yin deficiency in patie nts with twelve Yuan primary pointsaround the wrist acupuncture point in imbala nce,Taiyuan,Shenmen,Jinggu point hole in the state of serious imbalance.4 Conclusion:The original point of the twelve primary points of the typical phys icalconstitution of hypertension patients showed an increasing trend,and the imped ance value of the left and right side of the original points in the twelve original points of the typical patients with essential hypertension was in a state of imba lance.
