The Basic Research To The Clinical Intervention Of Bone Destruction In Ankylosing Spondylitis By The Method Of Reinforcing Kidney And Removing Dampness

Objective:Effect of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 level in serum of patients with ankylosing spondylitis by observation of the method of reinforcing kidney and removing dampness,to record the changes of laboratory indexes and clinical symptoms,to explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:40 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients were selected to meet the inclusion criteria of "kidney deficiency and Du Han",set as treatment group,10 healthy volunteers.To observe the curative effect of treating ankylosing spondylitis by the method of reinforcing kidney and removing dampness,and venous serum was collected before treatment and after treatment.Continuous treatment for 3 months,the dynamic changes and the content of the key factors TIMP-1 and MMP-9 in the serum before and after treatment were detected by ELISA,and record the patient's syndrome points,signs and other changes.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.5%after the treatment of the method of reinforcing kidney and removing dampness,the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was 90%,it was showed that the clinical curative effect of the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis was exacted by the method of reinforcing kidney and removing dampness,chinese medicine syndrome curative effect is remarkable.2.Before and after treatment in the treatment group BASDAI score,physical sign score,TCM syndrome score by t test P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,it was showed that after treatment was significantly improved.3.The treatment group after treatment than before treatment,ESR,C-reactive protein was lower than,t test P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,it was showed that the laboratory indexes of the patients can be improved obviously after treatment.4.The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 before treatment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),it was showed that the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in peripheral blood serum of patients with ankylosing spondylitis was abnormal.After treatment,the levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the treatment group were decreased compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),it was showed that the method of invigorating the kidney and removing dampness can reduced the level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in peripheral blood serum of patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Conclusion:1.The method of reinforcing kidney and removing dampness in the treatment of "kidney deficiency and Du Han" type ankylosing spondylitis clinical curative effect was exact,it can significantly improved the patient's symptoms and peripheral blood.2.This research the level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in peripheral blood serum of patients with ankylosing spondylitis was higher than those in healthy persons,the method of reinforcing kidney and removing dampness may passed down the expression level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in patients with ankylosing spondylitis,adjusted the abnormal inflammatory response,So as to slowed down the disease progression of ankylosing spondylitis.
