Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Bushen Qiangdu Qinghua Decoction Plus Or Minus Combined With Yisaipu In The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis Of Syndrome Of Dampness And Heat Due To Kidney Deficiency

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Qiangdu Qinghua Decoction Plus and Minus combined with Yisaipu(Recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-αreceptor Ⅱ: IgG Fc fusion protein,rhTNFR-Fc)in the treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis of syndrome of dampness and heat due to kidney deficiency in a short time.Method:Under the randomized controlled trial design,80 patients who diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis(syndrome of dampness and heat due to kidney deficiency)were enrolled in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023,and were randomly divided into 40 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group.The treatment period is set to 8 weeks,and the experimental group was treated with 25 mg of rhTNFR-Fc with 2 times per week,combined with Bushen Qiangdu Qinghua decoction Plus and Minus 1 dose per day.The control group was treated with 25 mg of rhTNFR-Fc with 2 times per week.Collected the basic demographic data,occipital wall distance,finger to ground distance,ESR,CRP,VAS,BASFI,ASDAS,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in the two groups,and use ASAS20 compliance rate and therapeutic effect evaluation criterion about TCM Evaluate the clinical efficacy of this trial study.Results: After 8 weeks of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the occipital wall distance,finger to ground distance,ESR,CRP,VAS,BASFI,ASDAS,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the occipital wall distance,finger to ground distance,ESR,CRP,VAS,BASFI,ASDAS,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occipital wall distance,finger to ground distance,ESR,CRP,VAS,BASFI,ASDAS,TCM syndrome score between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the occipital wall distance,finger to ground distance,CRP,VAS,BASFI,ASDAS,TCM syndrome score between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the indicator improvement in the experimental group is better than that in the control group,but no statistically significant difference in the ESR(P>0.05).After 8weeks of treatment,there were statistical differences between the two groups in terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,and TCM syndrome efficacy of experimental group(90.32%)were more significant than the control group(58.62%),but no statistical differences between the two groups in terms of ASAS20 compliance rate.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Bushen Qiangdu Qinghua Decoction Plus and Minus combined with Yisaipu in the treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis of syndrome of dampness and heat due to kidney deficiency in the occipital wall distance,finger to ground distance,CRP,VAS,BASFI,ASDAS,TCM syndrome score and efficacy in the short term is better than that Yisaipu,but no statistical differences in terms of ESR and ASAS20 compliance rate.
