Artificial liver support system is one of the best methods in addition to liver transpl antation for the treatment of severe hepatitis at home and abroad. But it also has a certa in degree of risk, and may produce a treatment complications. Cardiovascular changes ca n have serious consequences, especially severe arrhythmia and blood pressure changes. T herefore, during the process of artificial liver therapy, it requires entire care of the situat ion of the cardiovascular. The ECG is the most direct response to the human heart healt h. The analysis of ECG and related signs can provide great help for doctors to master t he timing of treatment. In the process of the artificial liver treatment, APB, PVC,sychnosphygmia and brady cardia etc. are easy to appear. This paper designs the application of intelligent auxiliary a nalysis of electrocardiogram. The application includes ECG acquisition and related electro nic health records subsystem; ECG information storage and smart analysis subsystem; ele ctronic health data report-generation subsystem. In order to improve the accuracy and timeliness of data analysis of ECG,this paper used the differential threshold algorithm and wavelet transform algorithm to extract imp ortant parameters of ECG data such as Q-T, R-R, P-R segment and S-T segment, and analy zed the ECG data with both logical criteria algorithm and SVM algorithm. This paper c ompared neural network BP algorithm and SVM algorithms in detection of abnormal EC G waveform, and the simulation results show that SVM algorithm has better performanc e in the case of small sample sizes and limited system resources. This paper designed t he data interface for importing and exporting data of the patient's ECG information and artificial liver treatment parameters, also for generating treatment report. The function te st of the system proved that the software has been basically achieved the desired design requirements, and the research provide practical way to enhance the effect of artificial 1 iver therapy.
