Clinical Observation Of Therapeutic Effect On The Breast Cancer Patient's Bone Marrow Suppression Chemotherapy Treatment Of Acupuncture Injection

Objective:By observing the influence of the acupuncture injection on the bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction led by the chemotherapy toxicity for breast cancer, study the curative effect of the acupuncture injection on the reduction for chemotherapy toxicity.Methods:Cases were from 60 breast cancer patients who were undergoing chemotherapy in the third affiliated hospital of Harbin Medical University. Patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patents respectively: one group received acupuncture injection in bilateral Zusanli with Vitamin B12 once a day; the other is blank as the control group. Observe two groups'bone marrow suppression, side effects and security analysis on the day before chemotherapy, and the 4th,7th chemotherapy-day, further make the statistical analysis.Results:1?Before chemotherapy, no statistical significance of the observed indicators (bone marrow suppression,ages,xicious vomiting,general physical condition,hepatorenal function) were shown between of the two groups. Thus, the two groups were comparable. Chemotherapy 4th,8th day.2?Bone marrow suppression:(1) White blood cell,neutrophil, blood platet: comparison between the acupuncture injection group and the blank group is statistically significant(P<0.05)on the 7th chemotherapy day,have no statistically significant on the 4th. The mean value of WBC is higher than that of the blank group. (2) Hemoglibin, blood platet:there no statistical significance(P>0.05) of the comparison between the two investigated groups.3?Security analysis:By camparing the changes of ALT,AST,UA,BUN and Cr of the two groups before and after chemotherapy, no statistical significance(P>0.05) was shown.4?Side toxicity induced Gastrointestinal reaction:The incidence rate in the acupuncture injection group was remarkable lower than the control group, this result is statistically significant(P<0.05).5?Karnofsky:change of KPS in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05) before and after chemotherapy.Conclusion:1. For breast cancer patients after chemotherapy, acupuncture injection can alleviate the bone marrow suppression and suppress the reduction of white blood cell and neutrophil inhibition incidence.2. Acupuncture injection can weaken the toxicity of chemotherapy on the digestive system, and reduce the degree and frequency of nausea and vomiting.3. Acupuncture injection can improve physical fitness for breast cancer patients after chemotherapy, and improve quality of life.4. Acupuncture injection has no effects on hemoglibin, blood platet,security analysis. Acupuncture injection is a simple safe therapy, should be widely applied in clinical.
