The production engineering units are divided according to data analysis and. The harm factors of different unit in production process are recognized, detected and analyzed base on the relevant codes and standards. Generation and (or) the existence harm factor of occupational disease in workplace mainly include:dust, noise, poison (carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, cyanide), ultraviolet radiation and meteorological conditions (temperature, humidity, wind speed) etc. The dust of Paishanlou Gold Mine is silica dust. There are only 2 point of 21 showing that the time weight average concentration of total dust exceed the standard. The exceeding phenomenon of respirable dust is not found. In the 28 test point, there are 14 test point noise results show that exceed the standard. Ultraviolet detection result doesn't exceed the standard. The estimate result of ultraviolet radiation is reasonable. In the aspect of meteorologic condition, the test temperature of all the 27 test point is lower than the lowest temperature control. It may belongs to the low temperature environment. All the 18 samples show that the humidity is high and it does not meet the requirements. The wind speed of detection points are below the maximum wind speed limits. The temperature is low and the humidity is high in Paishanlou. In addition, the protection facilities and supervision system of the occupation hazard are analyzed and studied in the Paishanlou Gold Mine.Base on the analysis of test results and protective facilities and supervision system, the fuzzy relationship synthetic principle is applied in the thesis. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is that the membership grade of things can be evaluated from a number of factors. The method of two grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used in the comprehensive evaluation of occupation disease harm of Paishanlou Gold Mine in this thesis. Firstly, establish the model of evaluating the status of occupation disease harm of Paishanlou Gold Mine deposit base on the fuzzy comprehensive. Secondly, put forward an index system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Thirdly, carry out two grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of occupation disease harm in Paishanlou Gold Mine. According to the principle of maximum degree of membership, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of occupation disease harm of Paishanlou Gold Mine is considered good. Finally, base on the content of evaluation work in the thesis we give out a general evaluation report, which include the results of the two stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the critical point in controlling occupation disease harm in Paishanlou. We point out some existing problems in Paishanlou Gold Mine occupation disease prevention work, and put forward some suggestions and measures for improvement, which provides theoretical and technical support of Paishanlou Gold Mine occupation disease prevention work and have the vital significance to safeguard the life and health of mine workers.
